1 fantastic week in a hotel with all the ideal conditions for a well spent holiday. Good location, nice pool and the food was excellent. Less pleasant was just the deafening noise early in the morning from the pool animation. Terribly NEGATIVE was the inconvenient, abusive, overbearing and rude attitude of the SUB-DIRECTOR of the hotel for making us pay €20 for “late check-out” (11:35 am) when our reservation on Trip.com says “ check-out until 12:00”. After a long discussion complaining about the attitude and not the amount, we were forced to call the police and the INCOMPETENT SUB-DIRECTOR was forced to return the money.

The Hotel is on one end of the island very far from the center and from everything, more than an hour by bus and the buses run every hour, the breakfast was very great, the pool was very large, the bathrooms were not very clean and the Store luggage after you're done Check out, which by the way is free, but there is no one there to take care of your things and the door is open

Correct hotel, only drawback, they did not warn about the €25 check out charge for leaving after 10:30am

Very good hotel with a good view

As a three-star hotel, it is quite satisfactory, the room is relatively small, the sea view is good, the food is average, it is next to the beach, and the nearby town is quite comfortable

All very nice except for the cleaning of the room which was sometimes done superficially, especially the bathroom.

We booked a superior sea view room, but got a Bert little small room without a couch or anything. And we don’t have a full view on the sea. The alternative was free all-inclusive. It was okay but I miss the room!

One of front desk staff at the location was very rude. He was working the late night shift and yelled at me because I went in the dining hall to get coffee after the another front desk worker nodded for me to go in. When ordering a taxi you have to tell the front desk it takes forever

This is a hotel where they scam customers. I was there from September 16 to September 18 with my family consisting of 2 adults and 3 children from 12 years and under. They put me in a room with a broken refrigerator. I had medicine with me that needed to be cooled and also bought food that needed to be cooled. Had to throw away all the food. They wanted to have my medicine cooled at the front desk instead of giving me another room. No one from the hotel called me back to discuss the situation with me. To my even greater annoyance, the air conditioning did not cool. Only the next evening did they send me a technician who confirmed that the air conditioning was not cooling properly. Despite that, no response from the hotel. Despite ******* called them 3 times, they did nothing about my uncomfortable situation and the manager could never be reached. They refused to give me another room under the pretext that they had other guests that were still due after I checked in. Maybe I should have gone to the lobby and started cursing loudly. Then I would definitely have had a good room. But unfortunately those are not my ways. It seems like people are afraid to give you another room. The customer service policy at this hotel is that of a cheap motel. Believe me, I feel cruelly ripped off by this hotel. In a good hotel they would have called you and at least given you other options. The check-in Check-in alone took 45 minutes, even though there were only 4 check-ins before me.
