Not the best...free parking..turned up and looked empty..booked through ***********..phoned number on door and a bloke turned up 10mins later..was clean..but in desperate need of refurbishment..bed awful.. took mattress off bed and put on floor..no food or beer garden as advertised..went down the road, 500metres.. Great time

Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber, funktionell, ich hatte ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer zum Schlosspark gelegen. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, ich mag das. Ich übernachte gerne in Häusern, die eine Geschichte haben… Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich, dunkles Holz dominiert. Die Speisekarte ist - früher hätte man gesagt: „jugoslawisch“ - mediterran in Richtung Balkan. Werde ich bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in drei Wochen testen, diesmal war ich woanders. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, für mich gut: mit Rührei und Würstchen, leider nur „normale“ Brötchen. Besonders schön: man ist vom Hotel direkt im Schlosspark und kann dort wundervoll spazieren gehen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Das Hotel sowie das Essen hat mir gefallen und geschmeckt. Wenn ich das nächste mal in Essen bin buche ich mein Zimmer sicher hier. Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Danke bis demnächst ich freue mich.
