The Folkwang Museum, the Philharmonic Hall, and the city center are all easily reachable on foot or by public transport. The windows open fully and provide excellent sound insulation at night. The room was well-organized and modernly furnished. The bed could have been a bit larger, but was otherwise comfortable. The price-performance ratio was very good. The breakfast was plentiful."

"The staff were incredibly accommodating. I had a free early check in and a late check out (as the hotel wasn't too busy for this option).
The hotel room was honestly impeccable. Brilliant amenities and space without compromising on quality. Bed was a 10/10 and the option to cook in the room was an instant winner for late night snacks after work.
There are available snacks downstairs throughout the night, and the breakfast is free.
Attached is an image from a good local bar also (Cafe Nord) - CASH ONLY. Brilliant atmosphere and not too far from the hotel."

"No heating in the bathroom, after a long and several discussions I was given another room where I had a working heater and then they came with the cheeky statement that I should look in the other rooms to see if they had a working heater. Service is 0. I was there several times and that was also my last visit there. No recommendation."

"Located near the train station and the pedestrian zone, but not loud.
The check in and check out was smooth.
The room was quite large, the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was OK. There was a large clothes, many deposit boxes and sticks. nice would have been a additional water cooker plus tea bag.
The room and all public areas were very clean."
