"Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this hotel. I was under the impression that their hotel cost 65 euros per night. Unfortunately, upon arrival, it turned out that we had to pay 95 euros. If the facilities were in order, I would have accepted that. However, it turned out that the hot water did not work during our entire stay. Additionally, there was no possibility for breakfast that morning. I made several attempts to contact the hotel. After a few attempts, I received a response. The option offered was a refund of 9 euros. I found this to be very inadequate. I am dissatisfied with my experience at the hotel, as well as with how complaints are handled afterward."

"We booked this hotel as part of a road trip to the artic circle. The room was booked a couple of months before. We have emails from the hotel stating clearly our reservation was GUARANTEED. The email states that twice. 48 before arrival the hotel emailed to tell us that they were exercising a clause in their T&C that enables them to cancel a guaranteed reservation and cancelled our reservation. Don’t book this hotel if you rely on guaranteed reservations."

"We came to stay at this hotel over the weekend and we came for work. Truly we believed it’s not a 4 star. It is a 3 star. Reception is only open from 7am till 3pm. We arrived late, so there was no receptionist, our room was clean but the sink was so blocked that it wasn’t possible to properly use it at all, not even to brush the teeth cause the water would come to the floor. The next day in the morning I went and asked a receptionist to unblock the silk. Seemed like or she didn’t care or she didn’t speak English well. She didn’t even say she’s sorry that in a 4 star hotel the water comes on the floor if we use a sink. After we left to work all day and when we came back in the evening - nothing was fixed. Sink is the same very much blocked and receptionist is gone. I’d not recommend and not come back. Had to brush my teeth with a water bootle. Also there is only one pillow and house keeping just turned off the heating so it’s freezing cold when we come back, instead of giving fresh towels, bath mat (they forgot once again to give us a bath mat) or toilet paper. Honestly this hotel is not worth the money at all."

"We were there to eat with 18 people. Many wanted goat breast. Three had chosen Burgers. All three were burned strongly from the bottom. On claim there was a night table for free, which was OK, but should be paid suddenly when invoiced. But was cleared. The gans breasts were lawfully armed and broken dead and the sauce had already a skin. At the end, a glass of red wine was probably not paid and the employees were sent forth with the reasons, they had to pay it themselves. We have arranged. If a host is unable to regulate it himself because his cash system is only on the whole table, I can unfortunately give only two stars."
