My Kind of Town, Chicago Is!

It was a one day stay. Had to wait for check in because rooms were not punched. But waited anyway. Seems as if someone was smoking something though. Also a little noisy outside at 6 am-ish. The stay was ok though.

This was an older hotel than we thought, but it was in good condition, quiet and clean.
The employees were very helpful and friendly.
We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Location is at the center of the city. It’s very convenient for us to visit Northwestern University. However, room carpet is looked old and strained.

I have stayed here several times. This time I stayed in room 437. What is puzzling is that the bathroom door faces the bedside. This layout is too low-end!

At this price, you can stay in a pretty good hotel in Chicago. The environment here is not as good as 168 in China. Everything else is fine, except for this bathroom, which is lower than the level where the toilet is placed. No way, there are not many good hotel options in Evanston.
