Premier Inn Falkirk North

We had an emergency booking very late at night due to problems with late check in at another hotel. Phoned and spoke to Jackie in reception she was very very helpfull despite the late time and no notice. Excellent service definitely recommended.

My girlfriend and I arrived at this hotel at around approximately 3:45pm, when check-in is from 3pm - we were told that our room had not yet been cleaned. To cut a long story short, we eventually had access to Room 122 from approximately 4:20pm. We had booked a double room yet we walked in to two single beds, one mug (also only one teabag) and one spare pillow. My girlfriend *****ped the beds and zipped them together herself. We then had to go back to reception to highlight this and ask for a double flat sheet and double duvet. Pamela from reception was as helpful as she could be and offered to remake the bed for us when she brought the bed linen to our door, which we declined. The room itself was very run down and we felt the standards you could normally rely on, have slipped (as you’ll be able to see for yourself from our photos). Overall, we would not return to this hotel due to various factors and would probably consider staying with a different hotel chain altogether for our next getaway.

Great Hotel with really friendly staff. Free car parking is a bonus. I stay often at this hotel and the staff are always eager to help and are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are pristine and WiFi signal was top notch. Delighted to call this one of my go to accommodation sites. Thank you.

Premier Inn's are great value for money and the accomindation is all what is needed, clean, tidy, nice bathroom/shower and most importantly the bed are always very comfortable. I have also booked anyother Premier Inn near Troon due to a wedding we are attending in April.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly smiley face(Lindsey, I think). She was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and tidy and it had all the amenities that I would need. I ate in the pub next door, and although they were fully booked, the manager was able to accommodate me. All in all a very good experience,

Lovely hotel set on a busy junction - I was a bit worried when i arrived, but once in the room, you hear nothing. Rooms clean and spacious. Car park a big let down, so many pot holes that now resemble trenches. Be careful when entering and exiting.

Amazing service when we left a treasure teddy in the room We called and they identified the teddy straight away and offered to post it back. Hermione the hedgehog arrived back home 3 days later with a lovely note to my son saying how much ******e had missed him! To say he was made up was an understatement! Great service

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN STAYING AT THIS HOTEL, while we had a lovely room and staff were pleasant, once we left the hotel they then charged us over £100 for things we didn’t have, We rang the hotel they said it was because they had a new system and when trying to do something they had by accident charged us more money. Ok mistakes can happen, they promised to trundle us which they haven’t, a girl called Kirsty was really helpful and promised to get the manager to ring us, the manager never rang,I rang the hotel numerous times the manager still hasn’t returned one phone call. We had a lovely much needed two day break, but that was ruined by the stress we’ve had after leaving the hotel. One receptionist was lovely on the phone saying the way we had been treated was terrible she was convinced premier inn would put things right, We still haven’t had a refund, the manager still hasn’t returned a call, we’ve had to spend a lot of time and expense ringing to try to sort the problem out, and have finally had to go through our credit card and raise a fraudulent transaction to get our money back that way. This has really made us think twice about using premier inn again, please be careful with bookings

Room was well presented, clean comfy bed, bathroom especially bath was more than I expected to have. Room was warm. Breakfast was fine could have been a bit more of a selection for myself but husband and daughter ate well. Husband said it was a little loud with traffic (he was in single bed of family room by window) but to be honest myself and daughter didn’t hear anything.
