BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN STAYING AT THIS HOTEL, while we had a lovely room and staff were pleasant, once we left the hotel they then charged us over £100 for things we didn’t have, We rang the hotel they said it was because they had a new system and when trying to do something they had by accident charged us more money. Ok mistakes can happen, they promised to trundle us which they haven’t, a girl called Kirsty was really helpful and promised to get the manager to ring us, the manager never rang,I rang the hotel numerous times the manager still hasn’t returned one phone call. We had a lovely much needed two day break, but that was ruined by the stress we’ve had after leaving the hotel. One receptionist was lovely on the phone saying the way we had been treated was terrible she was convinced premier inn would put things right, We still haven’t had a refund, the manager still hasn’t returned a call, we’ve had to spend a lot of time and expense ringing to try to sort the problem out, and have finally had to go through our credit card and raise a fraudulent transaction to get our money back that way. This has really made us think twice about using premier inn again, please be careful with bookings
