"Our family had 3 rooms in total - 2 standard rooms and a family room. All rooms were very small, the air conditioning did not work in 2 of the rooms and they have the smallest tv - possibly a 20" (if that). Also, the water temperature in the showers were very temperamental and turned extremely hot very quickly - not ideal for adults, never mind children!! There was a lot of noise from the road outside even with the windows closed. Although the rooms were extremely uncomfortably hot due to the air conditioning not working, you couldn't open the window due to the loud traffic noise and therefore very little sleep was had by all. Each room cost over £200 for 2 nights for the standard rooms and nearly £300 for the family room, so this wasn't a cheap break by any means. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel."

"Had a family lunch here on Sunday a table of 7 and once again the service was absolutely amazing the staff really are so attentive even though both the restaurant and bar were very busy they go the extra mile, the food was lovely as always (teenager couldn’t finish her macaroni cheese and it was boxed up for her to take away no problem at all Got to say as well that the lunch menu is excellent value for money Highly recommended"
