Welcome to "River Birch Hideaway," a beautiful cabin located in the Cedar Falls Resort - Pigeon Forge with mountain views, game/theatre room, private hot tub on the deck, fire pit, and access to the (seasonal) resort pool, fishing pond and playground!Recently remodeled with all new kitchen appliances and furnishings throughout. This spacious cabin can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. On the main level you will find a huge living area, kitchen and 2 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a fireplace and private access to the deck, screened in porch and hot tub! Downstairs you will find another large living area with built in leather theater seats, 85" TV, a shuffleboard table, several arcade games, and a 2nd smaller kitchen! There are also two additional sleeping rooms with en suite baths and private access to the lower-level deck. Two additional queen sleeper sofas are also available. One on the main and lower level.The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, tableware, brand new stainless appliances, and granite countertops. IMPORTANT INFO: HEATED INDOOR POOL: This property is equipped with a heated 6,000-gallon indoor pool that has several safety rules that need to be adhered to for families with children or disabilities, or those that cannot swim. Please follow all safety rules placarded in the pool room. A safety flotation ring and pole-mounted life hook are accessible in the pool room. The door from the interior of the cabin to the pool room has a safety combination lock that is set so that unwanted entry can be locked out. For this to be effective, the second door from the pool to the deck must be dead bolted before engaging the coded lock. A motion alarm is also provided that can be armed and disarmed. This third level of protection is a wave detection system that monitors any disturbance to the water to prevent unwanted entry to the water. This alarm will activate if somebody were to fall into the pool, alerting you with a siren. This alarm can be activated or deactivated by pushing both buttons on the face of the alarm that is located in the far corner of the pool. These are only for your use and for the safety of your family.FIREPLACE: A beautiful stone fireplace is provided for your ambiance and pleasure on our patio deck. I think we all enjoy a real fire over an artificial but for the safety of the occupants and the cabin, ONLY DURAFLAME TYPE LOGS ARE PERMITTED. A single DURAFLAME log will be provided to you upon check-in. ABSOLUTELY No other combustible materials are to be placed in this fireplace. The deck surrounding this fireplace is made of wood. A spark or ember from a fire using wood could easily start a fire on the deck. Also, a log could roll out of the fireplace onto the deck as well.
