第一次來範縣，就住這個酒店了，灑店位置不錯。在市中心，停車位比較緊張，樓下不遠處就餐飲一條街，吃飯很方便，房間設施還行，就是樓下馬路上太吵，一大早把我吵醒了

服務：酒店很不錯。前台幾個服務員很熱情，有個戴眼鏡在鄭州呆過的好像是，很熱情，很斯文。 給我們介紹哪裡好吃的。 給那小哥和兩位美女點贊。
環境：環境不錯的。 早上在酒店簡單吃點。 能吃包。 來這還是會選擇入住這個酒店。

裝修不錯的酒店，不過走道雖然寬，也許是顏色問題，感覺不像是22年開張的，房間有點往全季方向，不過稍微比他小。中央空調剛好碰上不好，房間不甚暖和，衹有18.19度。其他還好，提醒下過去小夥伴，早餐要早去，九點十幾分過去，啥啥都會沒有。

酒店位置，環境設施等各方面都還可以！單考慮這幾個方面，在範縣這樣的一個小縣城來説，算是很不錯的酒店了！但是本次入住的體感很不好，問題主要表現在噪音和早餐上：酒店的隔音很差，特別影響休息！一是酒店本身硬件隔音上的處理就很差，房間及樓層間的隔音效果很差。一點動靜都能清楚聽到，很是影響休息。二是，大晚上的入住客人半夜一直吵吵鬧鬧，動靜特別大，入住當晚根本無法安心休息。多次聯繫前台協調，依然無果！為了更好地服務於其他客人，建議對入住客人做相應的提醒，並打印張貼入住公約，提醒大家遵守規定。另一個問題就是早餐太差，太差，特別差！除了煮雞蛋能吃以外，其他沒見着任何能下筷的東西。未來如果不作出一些改變調整的話，還不如調整房價不提供早餐，這樣一呢方便吸引入住客人，二呢，還能促進當地餐飲消費！三呢，也避免早餐問題影響住店客人的體感評價。最後的話也很感激攜程客服的努力，並酒店方的誠意，對於本次入住的影響做出了該有的擔當！希望酒店方能重視這些個問題，不要覺得自己在一個小縣城裡就不想着改變和提升服務，得過且過，温水煮青蛙，最終害得是自己！願你們能及時作出調整和改變，以便更好地服務於未來的其他客人！
