酒店還是不錯的，應該是近年新開的，房間夠大，設施較新，在風縣應數得上。
但住店感受十分不爽，下午5點多到店，前台正有客人在登記，標間208不含早，我查看攜程APP，203含雙早，我就沒着急，待其它客人走後，我就找前台那個圓臉像領班的姑娘，看了App上的價格標準，她説有時平台會低些，那你就在平台訂吧。我就訂了203含雙早的標間，幾分鐘後，前台另一個在電腦前的瘦臉姑娘説訂單沒到，我再看手機鬼神般付款未成功？再次在原訂單基礎上付款成功，前台辦卡入住，並特意訂囑我不含早，？怎麼會？不但我看了，前台領班也看了。再刷新app，標間已是208不含早。。。虧了我的房間還是203。5元錢不是事，雙早也沒啥，但我心裏那種感覺。。。和諧社會，沒有契約精神無信可講，這樣是走不遠的。
這就是我要差評你的原因。

十一訂了兩個標間一個大床，在四樓和五樓。裝修較新，總體滿意。優點是乾淨，位置好，服務好，wifi快，熱水方便，內部停車可以，一體化電氣控板。缺點是電梯衹有一部觀光，門和窗户隔音不行，早餐簡單，地漏積水。

酒店不錯，有停車場，自駕遊方便，附近商場多，吃飯、購物都很方便，而且離靈官峽衹有8公里，比較方便，秋天去，景色很好看。

衞生很粗糙，洗臉盆旁的捲曲毛髮好像再訴説曾經的戰鬥有多激烈。
位置不錯，畢竟縣城很小，周邊吃飯購物方便。
幾乎沒什麼服務，礦泉水竟然需要3塊一瓶。
其他設施和普通酒店沒區別。
管理混亂，退房時竟被索要煙灰缸，讓我一個從不抽煙的人情何以堪。

酒店位置距離鳳凰湖景區很近，有免費停車服務。房間設施齊全，電動窗簾，衞生無死角，很安靜。尤其前台聶美女服務非常周到細緻，為她點贊👍！早餐是自助餐，熱菜涼菜都有，雖然樣數有限，但能滿足需求。
