The hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.

Lovely place and staff! Bit expensive for what it is but still enjoyed it. 15-20 beautyfull walk along the river to the main city area. But the view out the room is great and it's more quiet at night :) Breakfast is only chinese but tasted great. Staff doesn't rly speak English but works great with translator.

Great location with amazing river views. Room is very clean and has nice Chinese decor. There is a butler, JiaJia, who is extremely helpful and quick to respond to our needs. Free shuttle to go to Old Town.

Fantastic service and hotel! The hotel is very clean and the decorations make you feel like you are in movie. Our butler JiaJia is very friendly and responsive, she arrange free transportation and making accommodations for us. I definitely will revisit here I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel and room were quite good. Rooms are big and simple. The price is a bit too high for the standard and what you get. The view is very beautiful and its calm at night. Beds were hard, which is something we like. The breakfast does not have any western options... thats no critique, but just an info for other travelers. What made our stay 5 stars was Lili who works at the hotel and supported us so much with many different inquires. She is the best!! Thank you, Lili!! The other workers were also very nice.

Very nice boutique hotel, with four five star facilities. Located alongside the River. Enjoy the perfect location. Also use the free car transport to Hong Bridge. Enjoy our stay. Recommend.
