When we arrived they showed us our room and offered an upgrade to a bigger room. But as we were happy with the original room we just stayed with that option regardless of there being no view from the window. But what we didn’t know was the view we had led directly into another building and every sound from the neigbourbuilding could be heard. It seems like they have children and it was super noisy in the mornings and evenings. We wished we upgraded in the beginning but after we found out we had already unpacked and didn’t want to pack and unpack again. The room itself was just okay. Close to a very pretty bridge but as it is located at the end of the scenic area going to the other side is kind of far. The stay was still pleasant and they lent us an umbrella.

The room is in a good location and very convenient. There is free parking and the staff are very friendly. The only problem is that the towels and bath towels have a bad smell.

The room was consistent with the pictures. The waiter was very enthusiastic and helped to carry the luggage upstairs. The girl explained the order of touring the ancient city. It rained on the day we arrived. The lights were supposed to be turned on at 7 o'clock, but they were still not on until almost 8 o'clock after we finished our meal. As soon as we returned to the room, the young man knocked on the door and said that the lights were on. The night view of the ancient city was beautiful. We walked back and forth along the river until 11 o'clock, and came back and slept until 8 o'clock the next morning. It was a very comfortable sleep. The only drawback was that the plastic slippers provided in the room smelled bad. I reported it to the front desk and they replaced them with disposable slippers.

The room is conveniently located by the river, with a large balcony offering river views. The bed is large and the facilities are complete. The front desk guy is very nice and the service is warm and thoughtful.

Rent a car from Huaihua. Because the parking there is annoying, the hotel provides free parking. Please note that the hotel is not accessible by road by the river. After parking, you have to climb uphill and walk for about 10 minutes.
