Fortunately, Ctrip mediation, the room service department came with a very good attitude. Beauty, help us change a room. The hotel's hygiene is worrying, and I almost stayed up all night! As shown in the picture, one is a quilt, one is a bathrobe, and the other is the bathroom drain is blocked, brushing water splashed all over. The room still smells of musty! The alpine climate is cold at night, and the hotel is an electric water heater. Maybe it’s too old. There was no hot water in less than three minutes after I entered it. I got goose bumps all over my body and almost caught a cold! What about 24-hour hot water? Is it built according to the four-star standard? In addition, the general standard upgraded the luxury order, I asked to swipe the card, and the front desk told me that only WeChat transfer was possible, and the payment method was actually transferred to the private WeChat QR code! Finally, as a diamond member of Ctrip, I gave a hotel such a bad review for the first time, but I want to commend Ctrip's customer service for handling problems in a timely manner, and Ctrip is still trustworthy!

酒店設施老化，衞生質量差！房間內明顯灰塵厚重未打掃痕跡！酒店早餐九點結束，但是八點半就已剩餘反覆蒸已發黃的饅頭三四個。。。沒熱水，沒空調就不多説了！

早餐衹有麪條和饅頭之類的東西，房間地毯感覺不乾淨，大清早就開始裝修，打前台電話，前台一無所知，以後不會再來了

興隆鎮上比較好的酒店了，馬路邊，隔音不好，半夜樓下鬧聽得很清楚。最好選一個靠裡麪的放間。酒店服務員多問幾句愛搭不理的，倒是門口保安大叔非常熱心。早餐還算豐富。酒店跟養老中心連着，裏面環境不錯，有條小溪，小朋友要得很開心。

坐地為王，仗着在深山老林僅此一家酒店，你愛住不住，服務態度極差！打着4星的名義，做着招待所的質量。洗澡頂多5分鐘熱水，連着做房間也不會打掃。備用被子都發黴了，讓前台換一下，她直接説“倉庫裏還有老鼠，換的更臟，你就將就用一下吧”。真的是垃圾至極。

這個差評是小孩讓我打的，原因是洗澡很痛苦，衹能洗5分鐘，然後再洗需要三十分鐘以上，我等了1個半小時，硬是沒等到熱水！！

挺好的酒店，設施齊全，涼爽！

不用冷氣還是可以

算是鎮上比較好的酒店了，設施比較齊全，早餐再豐富點就好
