很晚才訂的房，不過前台服務不錯，就是房間看起來比較舊，衞生間的衞生很一般，都不敢用房間裏的木桶，毛巾也不敢用

房間設備設施比較陳舊，但還算是比較乾淨衞生，所謂的温泉賓館其實並沒有温泉，所謂的免費停車場其實就是讓你停在路邊，運氣好的話有合法的路邊停車位，運氣不好的話……

除了WiFi以外，配有獨立的網口，非常適合7月自考上班族，帶了一個筆記本和5米網線輕鬆開考；雖然靠近江邊，但户型不是正對江邊，不然夜景很美，附近的商業配套完整，網吧，小吃，茶飲，超購，酒吧，歡迎來豐順體驗燈紅酒綠的夜生活，散步也是非常舒服，自西向東的劈山風自江面二樓，河道的污染治理已初見成效，沒有18線城市的文明陋習
