Old hotel, needs full upgrade. It was a nice hotel when it first open but the owners did not keep the maintenance on the property.

環境不錯，重修裝修了，衞生不錯，不過沒有智能家居，總體滿意。晚上還能下去泡個温泉。但是，早餐服務有點差。

先説好的
設施：老牌4星，設施設備，再裝修得注意安全。
衞生：衞生還過得去，廁所和樓道難免有些發黴，注意處理。温泉最大大池樓梯扶手初有很多黑色漂浮物，還有蚊子屍體，注意安排清理。
環境：環境優美，好。
早餐：簡單，非常簡單，別有期待！
温泉：好，應該是豐順排上號的好温泉！
最後説差的
服務：真心差！！昨晚睡覺房間安排在頂樓，那個哄哄的聲響真的受不了，可以看視頻。
12點21分打電話給前台反映，前台説派人來。等了好久沒處理，沒辦法找攜程客服，1點21分一個小時候後一男一女2個經理來問我情況，居然讓我1點多半夜換房間，我定了2房間，一個房間長者家注意，我們房間一大堆行李，小兒子又發燒再睡覺，這個時候你説讓我換房間合適？最後2個經理居然問我想怎麼樣？？我無語，我真不想怎麼樣，交給攜程客服去處理了！！！無語，真心無語！！
對了，我再攜程訂房這麼久第一次需要交按金。雖然不多100，但是還是不舒服！

算是市中心最好的酒店，交通方便，附件也多餐廳。

雖然是新裝修的房間，隔音卻非常非常差，走廊裏有人説話就象站你面前一樣，隔壁房間開門關門都跟要在開我房門一樣，可以清晰聽到隔壁房間打電話看電視的聲音，更誇張的是，夜裡竟然還聽到隔壁的打呼嚕聲，好崩潰！！建議酒店在沒有滿房的情況下可間隔空房安排客人入住。
