Hotel had NON-working AC and all they did was provide a small fan. Refused to move us to relocate or refund us. They were well aware of the AC issue because they did not act surprised at all when we reported. STAY AWAY

I checked into Muses Cycladic Suites finding out there is no water. Property owner - Janas refused to issue the refund. I was very disappointed with lack of his understanding of the situation. I would like to warn any future customers to not stay in there. Also the property was not clean, the bath tub was covered with dust and the bottom of tub had black sand. This is the perfect place to ruin your holiday mood.

Great stay. All comfort with private jacuzzi and terrace. Accommodation very well located for visiting Oia and Fira. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Perfect stay thanks to the welcome, availability and advice of our host Lia.

We were wonderfully welcomed by Éva the manager who goes out of her way to make your stay unforgettable. The suites are well decorated and very well appointed, there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms, two toilets and a bathtub, the sea view is not as beautiful as the other one of the Caldera but it is not bad. And above all it is unbeatable value for money compared to other accommodation in the area because Muses Cycladic could not be better located in Oia. Barely 10 meters from restaurants, breathtaking views. And the nice Éva does a fantastic job, remember!

Unbedingt das 2stöckige Loft Zimmer nehmen. Es ist modern und sauber. Liegt man auf dem Bett, hat man eine super Aussicht auf das Meer in Richtung Insel Ios. Absolut entspannend. Der Jacuzzi ist ein Plus (es hat aber nur eine Person Platz). Ein paar Minuspunkte gibt es: der Safe ist wirklich sehr klein - da hat maximal Geldtasche oder Pass Platz. Die Aufteilung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - die Dusche ist im Untergeschoss neben dem Bett, das Badezimmer im 1.Stock. Eben dieses ist mit der Toilette offen gestaltet - das heisst man "hört" und "riecht" alles. Menschen, die grösser als 185cm sind, könnten sich öfters an der Decke anstossen. Aber: die Aussicht ist top, die Lage am Anfang von Oia ist top und der Service über Whatsapp ist top. Klare Empfehlung!
