Everything was pretty ok , the only cleanliness in the room and in the hotel in the entire hotel.

It is best not to park at this hotel under any circumstances.
I arrived at night and the entrance was closed, so I couldn't get in and stayed there.
From the outside it didn't look very clean, and there's no need to go out of your way to stay here.
The entrances to the night company are also closed, so I don't think you'll be able to stay here.
The area around this hotel is also quite unsafe, so do not park there under any circumstances.

They did not honor my reservation one day prior to my arrival. Then when I got to Rome they wouldn’t answer my calls forcing me to scramble to get another hotel. It was disappointing to say the least

We had no sleep as the place was not secure and the window next door had been left open so swung and banged all night until it eventually smashed and dropped out. The window frame continued to bang all night long as did the metal security door. The fire escape located in our room didn’t shut so the rained flowed across the floor all night. The light switches in the bathroom were not covered so exposed wires. The toilet had no seat and the bath leaked. The single bed had dirty sheets.

The property is around 1 hour walk from the airport and a few minutes by car but the taxi charged us 40 euros to get to the property which we were not expecting.
The shower has hot water only for 3-4 minutes and then it's freezing cold. We complained this to the management but they didnt do anything about it other than just issuing an apology. We showered in cold water so if you can shower in 3 mins, then it's ok.
Our check-out time was at 11am and we went outside in the morning and were going to go back to the hotel and get our bags and other stuff but the cleaners came before 11am between 9-10am and started cleaning in our absence. They even put our bags and stuff which were not in our room outside our room which was highly disrespectful. The management knew our check-out time was at 11am but sent the cleaners in early. The cleaners should have come in after 11am. Some of our expensive things were out of our bags too. This was very unprofessional, disrespectful and a privacy breach.
I will never stay here again and I don't recommend this place.

Difficile de communiquer Ne réponds pas au téléphone Personne dispo pour garder nos bagages comme demandé et accordé en amont Très bruyant Pas d eau chaude. Je ne retournerai pas ds cet hôtel Aucune nouvelle pr la navette aéroport que j’avais demandé .
