Mauritius is really a beautiful country where you can feel free and at ease. Choose this hotel over thousands of times.
Environment: very good
Health: Not bad
Service: It's really bad. I can't speak English and I said I don't understand. My husband was not allowed to eat at dinner because he didn't bring long pants. He said he was disheveled. It's understandable because basically French people asked the guest room to order food and directly said no, and takeout was also not allowed.
Overall, have a great time traveling and remember to bring some pants and a suit.

An incredible stay for Christmas week. Magnificent hotel, absolute calm, very clean, impeccable service. The staff are absolutely devoted to customer service and care, with delicacy and savoir-vivre, and the manager is very present and accessible. A true haven of peace to recharge one's batteries, with enough activities on offer to make the most of your stay.

I've been in many many hotels in Mauritius et even in some parts of the world and this was by far the best service I've had in a very long time. It was almost too much (it's never too much 😄), Ludovic is a great butler, he was accessible at any time and did everything to help us. Many names come to my mind although i don't remember everyone: Sunny to start, great guy, great welcoming, made us feel at home. Lakshana, the best cart driver, Zainab, the best waitress, Chef Mudassir really great guy and cooked our best meal at Haiku. Globally excellent holidays, we really felt like stars coming here. Thank you all and see you next time.

The new Maradiva is amazing. Food, service, new design in the villas. Staff members go out of their way to please the customers. The beach service with Olivier and his team (Kay, Vinay and the others) were so polite, caring and professional. The Cilantro Indian cuisine is a must!

Having visited some amazing places, each time thinking they are wonderful, we have to say that Maradiva certainly is that! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, in fact the nicest we have ever met. We had our own butler, Ludovik who was so helpful, friendly and in fact couldn’t do enough, from arranging trips, getting drinks, booking restaurant reservations etc. We were blown away by the attention he gave and he truly is wonderful. Maradiva are very lucky to have this extremely great guy. The restaurants were varied and lovely, being also extremely attentive due to allergies. All the chefs at all the restaurants were fantastic, in particular Mandoseer who prepared a selection of special dishes. He is a credit to Maradiva. It can’t be left unsaid regarding Dr Nair who is also the manager at spa. The spa itself is outstanding- the nicest I’ve ever seen. Dr Nair is an Ayurveda doctor and you can have a free consultation with him, prior to treatments (if you wish). His knowledge, manners and help were something we really enjoyed. Overall the experience and enjoyment of Maradiva was brilliant, including the villa which is WOW. Truly the nicest people we have ever had the pleasure to meet. We will definitely be returning!!

First trip to Mauritius and Maradiva. Such a beautiful island and resort location literally on the beach. What truly makes a great resort are its staff and they were amazing, going above and beyond again and again most notably stepping up when our flight was delayed. Nothing was too much trouble! Very much appreciated.

Our stay at Maradiva Villas Resort was an exceptional holiday experience. The facility is newly renovated and perfectly designed. The four restaurants offer a great selection at a high quality standard. We recommend especially the CILANTRO and also the in-villa dinning (SPECIAL BBQ). The staff was extremely friendly and anxious. Early check in and late check out was not problem and free of charge. For us, it was a perfect vacation, which we can highly recommend.
