Because the previous stop, St. Regis Venice, left us with a great impression, we thought that St. Regis Florence would be just as good, but it was not what we expected. We stayed for three nights in a row. On the first night, halfway through the shower, I started to have tears and runny nose, and it became difficult to open my eyes. I sneezed many times.
