Beautiful hotel, helpful and friendly reception staff, and great buffet breakfast included. Spacious and comfortable room and quiet street. Close walk to everything including the train station , no taxis required.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel was very quiet and charming. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. The manger was very knowledgeable of Florence's historic sites. Thanks to all for a great stay.

The property was in a great location, close to train station and to Duomo and great restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Full breakfast was delicious. Room was fairly spacious, clean and comfortable.

This quietly excellent hotel is idealy situated for a stay in Florence. Only a five minute walk from the main railway station, it is equally close to some of the stunning architectural and cultural highlights of this Italian city. The staff are both friendly and very, very helpful. The high quality buffet breakfast provides an excellent start to a day of exploring. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is comfortable, well-managed, and clean and the staff is extremely helpful. The location could not be better for an easy walk to all the attractions in Florence. Highly recommend!

Loved hotel and staff was awesome. Very nice continental breakfast including eggs. some parts of hotel a bit dated, but clean and great service.
Spacious bathroom.
Area had lots of restaurants to choose from.

Fantastic location close to the train, the Duamo and walk to everything and the staff was fantastic! Breakfast was good too. The room is older and nothing special but the bed is comfy and AC worked great!

Hotel was perfectly situated
Breakfast was lovely with a good selection
Reception staff were friendly and very helpful even recommending and making reservations for us for dinner. Each one that was recommended was perfect.
I would say in some areas of the hotel are looking tired and the carpets in the corridors need a steam clean.
Overall our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, we would return and recommend.
