This hotel was brilliant. The staff were so polite and helpful and the location was unbeatable!! Our room was kept clean throughout the trip and we were pleasantly surprised with our room view ๐๐

It looks like a strange ba*****t, but the electricity is arbitrary, the room is cold, the water in the shower does not drain, and I thought it was a waste of 3 stars. I changed my room the next day, but I wondered if it was the same hotel in a completely different world.
It hurts my mood from the first day. All the male staff are kind, but the older female staff are unfriendly.

The location is excellent, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and it is convenient to go everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable enough to stay in, and the staff are friendly, but nothing exceptional. When we stayed, there was construction work going on upstairs and it was very noisy from around 8am, which was disappointing. I thought it would be better if there was an electric kettle in the room to drink hot tea.

You cannot get closer to the Duomo. Great Service. We will definitely stay with them again. Also centrally located so it was easy to pop in and out throughout the day while sightseeing.

This was an extremely small room for the deluxe room and the balcony advertised was unaccessible. There wasn't even enough room to open your luggage as there is barely enough room to walk around the bed. Location is very convenient to the Duomo, but it was very loud all the time including outside and inside noises. We could hear people in the next room snoring and everything that was said in the lobby as well as the renovation crew working on the Duomo.The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Housekeeping came every day and took towels etc but didn't replace many things including the paper cup in the bathroom and towels. I will definitely find a different accomodations for future trips to Florence.
