Kairos by Florence Art Apartments

It's a 25-minute walk from Santa Maria Station, with all the attractions along the way. We explored the entire 3-day itinerary on foot! There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including a small Chinese restaurant. We arrived an hour earlier than the email notification time, and the lovely lady who checked us in opened the door and processed our paperwork. We were upgraded again to a two-bedroom, two-bathroom room, which also had a hidden 1.5-meter folding sofa bed. A kettle was provided in the room. This time, the Airbnb we booked received rave reviews from my family! It seems safe enough for one adult and one child! The only downside: the bedding was very clean, but the bleaching product seemed insufficient; the washing and bleaching effect wasn't very good.

Definitely book at least one Airbnb during your trip if it's longer than a week, as you can do laundry there. We brought brand new clothes to Rome and were very comfortable. The apartment was in a great location, surrounded by restaurants, the front desk was responsive, the air conditioning was strong, the soundproofing was good, and the price was very reasonable.

The room was large, clean, and quiet. The host even gave us a bottle of wine and was very kind. The room had a washing machine, microwave, and other amenities. The hotel was in a great location; it was very convenient to get to most attractions within walking distance. Overall, the stay was quite good. It would have been even more perfect if the room had been cleaned during the stay.

Excellent! I forgot to ask the name of the girl who greeted us, but she was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! The hotel has a great location, and we'll definitely choose it again next time. 👍🏻

This apartment is perfect for art lovers, couples, or families seeking an immersive Florence experience. Located in the old town, it's within walking distance of attractions. The location is fantastic. I recommend trying the ice cream shop across the street; it's delicious and there's always a long line. The apartment also comes with a full set of kitchenware and seasonings. The open kitchen has an open balcony, allowing you to hear the Duomo's bell chime every half hour.
