The hosts at this hotel were very welcoming! Meeting us at the door even thouh we came later than expected. The rooms were a nice size with a comfy large bed. Very impressed with the insulation from the windows. It's on a busy central street and we heard no traffic! There is snacks and a coffee machine for general use as well. The location is fantastic for everything. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The bed and pillows are so uncomfy. Need update the room. Need to clean warderobe inside. No sign outside. Need phone to communicate which is not easy. Good location but be honest expensive to stay.We check when we stay and see hotel prices littlle more expensive but you can left your bag after check out and stay more comfortable.I do not recommend this place unless you stuck.

A real Air Bnb / BB experience. Awesome location (so close to everything, but away from the main hustle and bustle and during tourist season… a breather is always good). Checked in by the lovely Elia and the rooms were great and comfortable. Mini fridge with some snacks and a huge range of teas and coffees to be used in a shared kitchen. The local area is nice and the air-con nice and cool!

Fantastico!! Ci ero già stata a novembre 2022, ed è diventato assolutamente il mio posto preferito in cui soggiornare a Firenze. Personale gentile, disponibile , Yari soprattutto!! Ti fa sentire sempre coccolato, fa di tutto per renderti il soggiorno perfetto e a mio avviso ci riesce benissimo. Le camere sono molto bene e il letto è comodo. L’unica piccola pecca è che si sentono i rumori da altre stanze, ma è risolvibile in realtà. In cucina si ha a disposizione caffè, thè, latte, cibo… macchina del caffè e microonde che si può usare quando più si ha voglia. Poi, super in centro, da li raggiungi praticamente tutto a piedi in massimo 20 minuti. Sennó è anche ben collegata con i mezzi! Grazie Yari, da te mi sento a casa quando vengo a Firenze!! torneró presto

Tutto perfetto, l'accoglienza è ottima,ambiente molto curato e pulitissimo. Posizione strategica praticamente in centro. Molto elastici sia per il check in che per la partenza,addirittura dandoci la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio in custodia. Consigliatissimo.

La settimana scorsa abbiamo avuto modo di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura che si trova a pochi passi sia dalla stazione che dal mercato centrale. È stato davvero tutto fantastico! Ad accoglierci c' era il simpaticissimo Yari, che con gentilezza e cordialità ci ha subito messe al nostro agio,mostrandoci tutti i servizi che offriva e dandoci degli ottimi consigli per la nostra permanenza a Firenze! Camere calde e spaziose, pulizia ottima, letti comodi e frigo in camera... tutto era curato nei minimi particolari dall' arredamento bellissimo,alle piccole cose( set da bagno comprensivo di bagnoschiuma etc) Sono stati così carini da farci trovare anche un po' di dolcini e bibite in camera quando siamo arrivate! C'è poi un area esterna condivisa con gli altri, dove è sempre disponibile il servizio caffè,tisane e snack completamente gratuito! Ottima la colazione al bar di fronte! Lo consiglio a tutti.... È stata per noi davvero una coccola!

Posizione ottima. Grande accoglienza (anche dolcini di benvenuto!) e disponibilità (suggerimenti calzanti e molta gentilezza) Camera comoda, pulita e silenziosa. Non mancava nulla, senza avere troppe pretese. Prezzo competitivo.
