I love the small/boutique hotel feel to this hotel that the size, location, and super friendly staff create but I love even more the very clean high end feel to the rooms and amenities.

Location was perfect, couldn’t have been better with everything in walking distance. Felt very safe and the staff was very responsive when we needed something. Staff were very nice and helpful! Only thing was there is a night club across the narrow street that is open three nights a week, and it got loud. So just be prepared. Will definitely stay here again as it was so central to what I needed.

This boutique hotel is wonderful. The room was nice and clean and they were very accommodating with our needs. The location is also amazing and hard to beat. Although the hotel is not a large facility, it doesnt lack anything that we needed and I enjoyed it more than large chains that I normally stay at. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Super well located hotel. No facilities for eating or anything else but this doesn’t matter as you are right in the heart of Florence. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was centrally located near the Arno River, Piazza della Signoria, and the Ponte Vecchio. The room was spacious, warm, bright, and airy. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Check in was seamless and quick. K & G were very friendly, very accommodating, attentive, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely stay there again.
