The hotel didn’t respect our special requests.

This is a great and well-located hotel. I was in Miami for a client opening close by and they recommended the Hilton Aventura. I could not have been happier, from the warm and fun welcome at the front desk to the clean, comfortable and beautiful room. I travel a good bit and would come back here for certain.

Wonderful hotel. Crisp and new. Restaurant was astounding. Better than most fancy places South American cuisine intrigued but coffee machine was impossible to figure out. At five am the desk attendant was Completely indifferent, gazed away, when I asked how to work it. Perfect hotel unless you like coffee before six thirty am

I made this reservation for a friend who was visiting from Paris. I have stayed here before and had great services he checked in at 4am as he had a very late flight. The lady who works check in at night was very rude both nights, his room was never cleaned, and the reservation was cancelled for no reason. I prepaid and everything should have been easy for him to check in, but the lady who works nights was beyond rude and we will not be using this hotel again for our guests in the future.
