1. The hotel and amenities (pools), greenery, long beach just in front, kids club and animation (Mario!), evening shows - are great assets and advantages. Also what was really fantastic and outstanding compared to other ALL Inc 4 stars hotels - was food. The regular buffets were really diversified, and for demanding eater - absolutelly satisfying (fresh tasty fruits). Perhaps fresh vegetables requires some more attention! 2. The opinion is not higher as there are substantial issues to be improved: - rooms isolation - poor as you hear neighbours, but the worse is moving furnitures by the neighbours (located on the sides/up and down) - ie. beds and tables, which have no attachments below the legs what makes maneuvering really loud! At least attaching protection below the legs of furniture would allow to avoid part of the noise! - we were shocked at the arrival with dirt in the indoor pool and jacuzzi (having in mind bad weather - it wa to be used especially by kids!) - COLD WATER in ALL outdoor swimmingpools, including the ones for kids. The hotel boasts about being 100% sustainable and green energy - warming up water a bit before high season would be really recommended. Water was very cold end of April. - part of the beach in front of the hotel is quite narrow compared to other its parts (it’s a long and beautiful beach)- it’s a pitty hotel offers no reclainers for its guests, there are only available additionally paid for - access to restaurants impossible- they have no availability on APP and when you go to restaurant the communication is strange - despite not all tables are taken, usually they say nothing is available but on reception seems they have different information on availability (canceled reservations) - communication of reception - they are nice and smiley but when there are some issues to be solved - don’t solve them (just keep appearances) - don’t loose your things in common areas - you will not get them back - in the general buffets - waiters take away plates form the table too fast (without checking if guest wants to finish the plate), I would recommend less speed on this, guest are on holidays - commercial ice cream. It would be a great advantage to have more artisanal ice cream in ice cream bar
