對於入住過程都蠻順利，而且回覆快，但房子的地板有點可怕，其他在使用部分蠻順利，只是烘衣機部分，使用方式應該要加著名，因為衣服烘的數量無法很多。停車也蠻方便的（路邊停車太貴）。
