打眼一看還行，細看看床單有污漬，廁所的地感覺都沒拖過，馬桶坐墊也不乾淨又自己用消毒擦了一遍，總之地到處都是臟臟的像是都沒打掃過

高性價比，如果衛生再好一點就非常好了。可能是餐枱的設計和位置令清潔阿姨不能清理枱下的灰塵吧，令我的電腦充電線滿是塵埃。

佛山大多數這個價位公寓的房內設施都有洗衣機，這家沒有，體驗感一般，周邊環境還是不錯，畢竟地產是保利，靠近千燈湖，下樓有m記、羅森便利店、喜茶、星巴克…，挺方便。
入住不用到前台辦理，在app上預訂了，找不到前台位置我就聯繫公寓管理房提供的前台電話，然後前台叫我加vx把身份證正反面發給她確認，然後她就發了房號和門鎖開鎖密碼過來。先不説直接把身份證正反面照片發過去這樣很不安全，有可能被泄露或販賣公民私隱訊息。

應該説酒店微信服務人員（沒見到面）服務還是不錯的，空調和熱水效果也不錯，讓我不忍心給太低的分。
但是實事求是評價，確實還是不夠三鑽的公寓標準。
特別是窗户處裝修處的塵灰（白灰）都沒有打掃，窗户處也是不怎麼乾淨，讓人不忍心開窗。
還有就是枕頭太高了，第一個晚上沒睡着。
就是感覺整體的裝修痕跡都沒打掃乾淨，讓人覺得住在一個剛裝修完，且沒好好打掃的房子裏，本來要拍照忘記了。
進出門感覺也不怎麼樣，門口有一個房間在裝修，讓人覺得進出感覺都不是很好。
五一期間漲價了一點，我看平時這個兩卧套房是400多。

1：酒店沒有前台，需要微信辦入住，預訂後沒有提醒，所以白白在樓下等了二十幾分鍾才入住了。
2：確實是非常新，住的門口甚至還在施工，房間門口長圖片這樣，一開始還以為走錯了地方。
3：由於隔壁房間在施工，白天走廊會有工人走來走去，早上八點到晚上七點多都會一直持續有電鑽聲。
4：打開房間的地板肉眼不乾淨，廁所非常的臭，而且廁所竟然有一灘水，這樣不能理解。浴室應該沒怎麼清理過，發黃了。
5：空調冷氣不行，晚上是熱醒的。
6：廁所上面的看起來天花很危險，晚上的時候突然響了好幾聲，感覺要掉下來。
