房間環境跟設施整體還是不錯，電腦速度配置還是可以蠻快的開機容易，床褥蠻軟還是睡得不錯，缺點是馬桶容易塞處理時間較長，隨機應變快速度不夠，而且在門口櫃子底下還發現上一住客的臭襪子，清潔還是需要注意

住過很多次甜果了，第一次住電競房，大失所望，房源緊缺，提前訂的有窗户的房間後更改到沒有窗户的，妥協了，但入住的時候衞生沒搞好也直接給房卡讓入住了。電競房電腦有問題，投屏也有問題

酒店整體環境非常不錯，很乾凈明亮，有免費洗衣服務這一點很好，外部環境也很好，服務很到位，前台接收訊息、反饋訊息也很及時，電腦配置也很好，還有投影儀也非常方便，第二次入住了也是首選這家
