客服很好，資料清晰很給力。衛生差及時間控制有問題，我們2:30問客服衛生好了嗎可否提早半小時入住，客服說衛生已搞好可以入住，但原來衛生完全沒搞，我們入住後才來清潔，完成清潔已下午4:00…..清潔姨姨有問題，還有床單、被袋全放入乾衣機便走了，一般清潔應是拿走在外面清洗😞

管家服務到位很有耐心細心，有什麼問題能第一時間處理回覆，房間總體較為嶄新，敞亮舒適，乾淨衞生，周邊風景很是亮眼，靠近商圈，適合朋友聚會家庭出行。退房後有遺漏物品，管家會告知客人，回來能方便取回，滿分好評，值得推薦！

住宿體驗很不錯，配有廚房（有電磁爐和微波爐）還有洗衣機和兩部烘乾機，兩間衞浴可以有效解決搶廁所問題。陽台是全封的，不用擔心蚊蟲和安全問題😂😂屏幕很大觀影體驗也很不錯。房間收拾的很整齊乾淨，沒有灰塵，而且服務很周到，要求要一個小童浴盆都能滿足🥰雖然地理位置去地鐵站不方便，但好像是可以提供停車位，適合開車出行的朋友。而且小區環境舒適，安保工作也不錯，夜晚十分安靜，沒有吵雜的車聲，吵架聲和犬吠聲，適合睡眠困難一族。就是鬧了個小烏龍😂😂晚上睡着睡着很熱，還以為空調壞了，結果是有人誤碰到了空調面板將其調成制熱模式，所以中央空調就不工作了😂😂總體來講體驗很滿意，客服也很有耐心和回覆很迅速，也有旅行攻略和美食攻略提供😉
