2nd time here. Good location, heated toilet seat, laundry service, food available everywhere. Walking distance to Fisherman Wharf. Everything you need

Staff was very friendly. Free laundry is the best. Location is average as it's not close to major tourist spots. Only the Fisherman's Wharf is close enough to walk.

房間設定還不錯，酒店內環境也不錯，還有機器人服務。
唯一吐槽點：停車太不方便了，我們節假日去，酒店門口停車位都停滿了，還得開車去指定位置停。我們去找那個停車場，因為塞車，開了將近20分鐘車，最後因為過了路口，我們如果重新開回去，得半個多鍾，乾脆就近找其他停車位停了。

衞生環境服務都沒得説，華住會的品牌連鎖中端還是很可以的，雖然旺季價格殺到1k不是很理解吧，但是設施上還是有一些小問題，大廳的門響應太慢，每次出門進來都要在那停頓，應該可以調試靈敏度。還有就是酒店的燈光，不能自己控制，衹能按照四個檔位來開關燈，我希望單獨開浴室的燈或者單獨開一個梳粧燈，無法滿足。衹能按照規定的電路設定。其他沒有什麼大問題，橘子糖很好吃，哈哈

這次入住這家酒店，真是給了我一個大大的驚喜!從進門的那一刻起，就被它優雅而温馨的氛圍所吸引。前台的服務人員非常熱情，辦理入住手續的速度也很快，還貼心地為我們介紹了周邊的景點和美食。房間佈置得十分精緻，裝修風格現代又不失温馨，每個細節都透露出酒店的用心。床鋪非常舒適，讓人一躺下就不想起來。而且隔音效果也很好，即使外面再吵鬧，房間裏也十分安靜。最讓我滿意的是酒店的服務，工作人員都表現得十分專業和周到。滿足了我的各種需求。總之，這次入住體驗非常棒，無論是環境、設施還是服務，都讓我感受到了家的温暖。走的時候還收到了店員送的橘子軟糖，餅乾，桃酥等等！下次來這座城市，一定還會選擇這家酒店!
