Asked for a Non end corner room on C Trip and when I checked in. Then when I went to the room it is an end corner room. Waste my time going down to change room. Then when we were in the room, we were not able to adjust the temperature. We called front desk and they sent a lady in. She tells us that because we just go it the room the temperature will not go down. That was not the problem. The temperature can not be adjusted. We were on the 7th floor which is the top floor and it was hot. Water pressure is very weak. The cleaning ladies were very noisy.
This is one of the worse Vienna hotel that I stayed in. I used to stay here every time I am visiting the area. No longer will I book this hotel again. Very bad service.

總體來説很不錯，位置很好，停車位充裕，房間空間也夠大，酒店前台那位戴眼鏡的小姐姐服務很熱情。早餐也OK，總體來説性價比很高，唯一不足的就是房間裏有一股黴味，剛開門的時候是這樣，中間用空調通風了幾小時，再打開門還是這樣的味道，希望以後改進。

前台實習生小哥，服務熱情，酒店重新裝修過，比之前來的都要舒服，離西樵山和千古情幾公里十分鐘左右，屬於乾淨又性價比高的選擇。

房間很乾凈，床墊軟硬適中，暑假期帶着孩子住親子房的特別方便，價格很親民，由於我們人多，選的都是雙床標間，但是前台小姐姐很貼心給安排親子房讓我們體驗了一把物超所值的親子房，保潔服務也很給力，特別耐心的為我們反覆尋找遺失物品，總之，物超所值的一次酒店體驗
