The room was OK, and the hygiene was good, but there were two aspects that I was not satisfied with. The first was that we booked two rooms. In the room where my parents stayed, someone swiped the room card to come in at night and said they were a team participating in a competition, and the front desk gave them the wrong room card. The second was that there were many hotels to choose from in Sanshui at this price. I stayed here because it had a swimming pool, but I found out during actual use that the swimming pool was outsourced. This was not a big problem, but the hotel front desk and the swimming pool front desk seemed to be disconnected. The hotel was indifferent to the use of the swimming pool, and they were not even clear about whether towels and slippers were provided. There was not even an internal phone at the swimming pool. The front desk of the swimming pool did not want to provide lockers for hotel guests.

The hotel is very nice! The whole check-in process was pleasant and reassuring. The receptionist at the front desk was very good. The room layout was elegant, all kinds of facilities were complete, and the hygiene was meticulous. The front desk also answered all questions. It was a very satisfactory check-in experience! When booking a room, be sure to choose a smart room, which is newly decorated and clean and comfortable to live in.
