服務和環境都正常，是快捷酒店該有的樣子。就是房間的窗户，有點震驚，非常小。訂的是有窗户的大床房，説是給升級了豪華房。沒想到窗户這麼迷你，與照片不相符啊！不推薦吧！

衞生：房間乾淨整潔，大堂也是，很乾凈
環境酒店環境很好，周邊環境不錯
服務：前台服務好，很熱情，有免費停車場，大堂有免費咖啡機☕️，還有小零食，周邊美食很多

前台姓黃的小姐姐服務態度不錯很贊非常熱情而且給我們準備了小禮品在這住了兩天真的有到家的感覺，很舒服房間舒適安靜，附近很多好玩的好吃的。順德很好玩到時候下次再來玩，住如家可以的

酒店位置太不方便了。在一個小區的商鋪，跟馬路隔着一條，車子沒辦法直接開到酒店門口。要走好長一段路，一路上沒有遮陰的，扛一堆行李曬死了。周邊的商鋪都沒有租出去，就是因為地理位置太坑了，都是空的。

開始是空調裏面滴水，這都不算什麼了，住着竟然有人一個男人開門進來，太可怕了。前台竟然又開了一次房間給別的客人，這種錯誤也犯，極差體驗

如家商旅的服務人員都很棒，訓練有素，房間都很差強人意，我的雙床房是無窗的，黴味嚴重，牆皮脱落，淋浴房衞生一般，房間基本快到了無法忍受的臨界點，衹是附近宵夜實在方便

首先，離地鐵站比較遠，打車也送不到門口。是一個小區的外圍兩層商鋪改建而成。雖然店門口招牌很好找，但是前門有一條河攔着，後門有圍欄。門口又沒有指示標識，不容易進去。其次，酒店前台服務意識很差，客人進門沒有歡迎語，走到門口也沒有招呼。搞衞生的阿姨倒是很熱情，見到就問好，而且這個酒店唯一講得過去的是衞生還可以。【清早和晚飯後都有阿姨跳廣場舞】。最後提一下酒店有個門牙漏風的主管很不講理，給我的房間和我訂的房間的圖片完全不一樣，找她理論給的回覆竟然是有客人要續住沒有多餘的房間給我了，太可笑了。這種素質的人看樣子想把酒店做長久也蠻吃力的
