Charming boutique hotel with quaint rooms. The owners are extremely lovely and accommodating. Hotel is close to beach, center of town, restaurants. Highly recommend a stay with them, you’ll be happy.

Cet hôtel est charmant et tenu par un patron très accueillant et serviable. Notre chambre avec vue sur la baie était très propre, suffisamment équipée et avec une literie de qualité. Le petit déjeuner reste simple mais il y'a tout ce qu'il faut pour bien démarrer la journée. Très bonne adresse.

Hôtel très agréable, Hélène et Pierre sont vraiment adorables !! Accueillants, très chaleureux et sympathiques, au petit soin pour nous, avons adoré notre séjour de 3 nuits à La Roseraie où nous reviendrons sans hésitation !! Virginie & Sylvie (SDF…)

Ce petit hôtel est bien placé et l'accueil a été très agréable cependant c'est un hôtel vieillissant , le matelas n'était pas confortable, il y a des odeurs d'égout désagréables et surtout aucune insonorisation. Trop cher pour les prestations.

Hôtel familial mignon bien situé propre personnel accueillant souriant juste parfait nous étions en voyage itinérant vélo nous y étions les bienvenus vraiment top!!! Petit déjeuner parfait rien ne manquait et meme un service de restauration sous forme de planche apero nous a ete proposé tant nous étions fatigués de nos km de vélo. Je recommande vivement

Séjour en famille à 4 pour Pâques. 2 chambres vue mer sur le Port Nord. Très bonne literie. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Petit déjeuner simple servi dans une trop petite salle cependant. Petit dej à la française, bon et de qualité. Réassort produits de toilette demandé et obtenu de suite. Séjour très agréable, hôtel proche du centre ville, du ****** et des différents ports de Fouras. Bref, je recommande pour qui souhaite un séjour au calme dans un cadre intimiste.

Personnel très accueillant, parking facile et gratuit sauf que l'hôtel est vieillot. Malgré les efforts pour l'entretenir il est un peu désuet. Le petit déjeuner est très très simple. Le hic c'est que malgré qu'il soit aussi très accueillant un chat se promène dans la salle du petit déjeuner et la cuisine. Ce n'est pas sain. La chambre avec vue océan est abusif car on est très loin. Le lit était très inconfortable car le sommier fatigué. Mais on a été très bien accueilli. C'est que l'hôtel ne soit pas la hauteur.
