We had the best time! We came into town to do a ‘bike and brunch’ day with the company tracks and yaks. We’re so glad we found this bed and breakfast to add to our fun weekend. Breakfast was very yummy and the beds are very comfortable! A quaint bed and breakfast for a perfect weekend! Would highly recommend! Also eat at the toasted goat down the street- overall we had the best time in frostburg

Great place to stay in Frostburg! My husband and I went to college there many years ago, so it was fun to find a place to stay on Main Street so we could conveniently walk through the town and reminisce. We had a great night of sleep and a delicious breakfast the next morning. The hot water heater had broken, so we missed a morning shower. Someone came to replace it right away, and we were offered a refund, but we felt the stay was still worth what we paid and couldn’t accept the refund!

We used services to shuttle from Pittsburgh to DC - five people, bikes and bags. Very prompt, courteous, and informative. Then we also stayed at the Allegheny House. Wonderful relaxing atmosphere in an attractive historic home. Breakfast was amazing. We would stay there again

The Allegheny Trail House is a total gem and such a welcoming place of respite and relaxation along the Greater Allegheny Passage. The attention to detail and unique atmosphere is unmatched: the delicious vegetarian breakfast, the eclectic art on the walls, the fresh picked flowers in glass mason jars, T. Rex on stereo streaming out gently from the kitchen, a comfortable bed, clean and well-appointed rooms, real French press coffee, and Jason's kind hospitality. The list goes on and on. I look forward to staying here again. I’ll also add for other solo travels that I felt safe and comfortable there as a woman traveling along. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here for one night en route from Pittsburgh to Stepherdstown along the GAP. The home and host were warm and inviting and had the amenities we were hoping for after a long day of bike riding (hoses to clean off our bikes, a secure storage area for them, laundry facilities, a comfortable room, and a delicious breakfast). The Toasted Goat offered a yummy dinner for our group. Perhaps two things to note are that the rooms (I believe all of them) contain double beds (this was fine for us but perhaps some would want to know this) and there was a bit of light that entered our room from the hallway (I like my sleeping space to be pitch black, so if there is a kindred spirit out there, consider packing an eye mask). I would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who would ask.

We stayed here one night as a starting point for our GAP trip. It is a very quaint B and B. Jason was very easy to communicate with and he gave good directions to get in the house. The house itself and the rooms were very comfortable and welcoming. He does have a hot tub which looked welcoming but we did not use. The breakfast was delicious, we are not vegans but enjoyed every bite nonetheless. Would highly recommend!

Jason was a fabulous person to work with on our recent bike trip on the Great Allegheny Passage. He was responsive, kind, with top-notch service. The bicycles were top quality, and Jason was always available if we needed him.

Mid week impromptu visit. Since it was a Wednesday I was able to get accommodations. Such a pretty house and well maintained. Eclectic decor all fitting with the biking theme. The living room had comfy sofas a wood burning stove and lots of biking and trail related reading material. Our room the Dixon, was beautiful with a cool claw footed bathtub. We slept with the windows open and it was a bit noisy with the road noises, but otherwise very restful. We met our host Jason the next morning as he served us a delicious breakfast. He was very friendly and helpful as we were first time vistors. Would definitely recommend, so much nicer than a hotel.

We stay in the ATH every time we are biking from Pittsburgh to DC on the GAP/C&O trails. We have done it four time in seven years and each time at the ATH has been a winner. Impeccably clean, hospitable, bike friendly and with a custom breakfast. Jason is a great host and VERY knowledgeable about biking and riding in the region.
