Magnolia Pointe, BW Signature Collection

Rooms are very nice . Clean the property is well kept and looks pretty new. Very convenient to shopping snd restaurants. Close to highway for easy on/off for I 75. Staff friendly and courteous. Hot breakfast in mornings.

The staff is the best. Very welcoming and attractive any time of day or night. We stayed for 9 day rhe gym and washing machine were great amenities.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. Our only complaint would be that it sounded like you were sleeping next to a race track because the on ramp for the highway is right next to .

The handicap shower curtain was placed outside of the shower base causing the water to drain in the bathroom floor. It was not really functional without a lot of clean up. A good bit of road noise although the location was central for us.

Definitely not worth almost $200/night. The only good thing it had going for it was the cleanliness. Beds are not comfortable. Sheets and towels are not soft. “Bath” towels are child-sized. Hotel was not busy but when we tried to get extra towels, there were none left. Asked for an extra pillow and they didn’t have any of those either. First and last time at a BW Signature.

Excellent hotel, clean everywhere. Well appointed room, nice breakfast buffet. Very fair rates for such a nice hotel. The only issue I had was that the pillows were very uncomfortable, otherwise outstanding

Nice property in convenient location. Good continental breakfast, helpful staff, clean. Overall me and my family had a good time during our stay. The only negative was bed was not very comfortable and making sound.

Love this hotel! Staff is so good and friendly. Rooms clean and modern. Definitely will stay again soon.

Unfortunately this will be my last stay at Magnolia, I travel with my dogs (2 mini schnauzers) The hotels policy is a $75 non refundable fee for pets I was only spending 1 night in Sarasota. I had stayed at this property many times in the past non of that mattered. I had no choice and paid the fee again for 1 night. Lesson check the hotel policy for pets. When checking in I was given a room for special needs the bathroom was made for wheel chairs, there was no bathmat and the shower door did not provide enough coverage to stop water from getting all over the floor again no mat. Then around 1am the AC unit started to make a noise that would keep me up till about 3am moving rooms didnt aeem like an option because of the time. If my stay would have been longer i would have requested to be moved i recorded the sound the AC was making so i can let the front desk know. Checking out i told the staff about the noise my information was falling on deaf ears until i played the video. The person once they heard what i had to endure decided to refund the $75 pet fee. The hotel was my favorite place to stay and now i will make other arrangements. I was very disappointed with the level of service i received, its a shame. Atleast they refunded a fee i should have never had to pay.
