名字掛的如家，但是實際就是十多年的瑞鑫酒店，房卡到拖鞋到毛巾，全部都是瑞鑫的logo和標識，和如家一點關係沒有。
裝修和設施都是很舊很舊很舊很舊的，一股老房子的味道。單人椅子縫隙都是灰，還有別人的扎頭繩在縫隙裏面，衞生極其堪憂。毛巾的邊都已經散開了，不知道用了幾年。
完全就是一百的老舊酒店規格，然後掛個如家的牌子漲價，裏面也都是老酒店的東西，以前聽人説福清假貨多，今天也是趕上了。

1️⃣和樓下另一家酒店是一家 非常非常的吵 睡眠不好的不建議定 不知道是樓下還是附近的會所和ktv 有很明顯的噪聲 不算響但也能聽到
2️⃣早餐的種類非常的少 且餐廳打掃不及時 餐桌上全是殘羹冷炙剩菜剩飯一堆垃圾 過年也能理解餐食不會再補 口味也非常一般 服務員態度更是不想評價
總體體驗感差 即使是臨時定的 做足了心理準備 但是掛着如家的牌子還是太砸招牌了

房間有黴味，設施老舊，衞生一般，被子和枕頭下好幾根頭髮，衞生間也沒有打算乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，房間鏡子很多，床的側面都有，衣櫃、馬桶背後、電視旁都是。總體一般
