帶着長者孩子出遊，選擇了永鴻——性價比挺高的度假酒店。來時剛好開學，是旅遊淡季，沒什麼客人，温泉人很少，水很乾凈。房間升級了有景觀陽台的豪華房，可看見園景。早餐大概是因為客人少，品種雖不全，但也很豐富，味道不錯👍

第一次入住永鴻温泉度假酒店，非常不錯！適合親子游項目多，住的舒心有大浴缸小朋友泡澡看劇兩不誤非常開心都不想起來，還有兩份自助早餐也非常不錯品種挺多，午餐物價也比較親民，點了送到房間分量非常大！動物園可以互動的動物也很多，如果動物園投喂有聯票就好了，每種都喂還是有點小貴。比如100還是150可以所有動物都喂一遍就挺好，不過喂多了動物也受不了！

時隔兩年第二次帶小朋友來永鴻動物園玩 還是住永鴻酒店、 一下高速不遠就到了、 停車方便.酒店房間比較大寬城 50平左右 帶一個陽台、非週末來住店 餐廳衹有中餐廳開放 相對來説菜品選擇不夠豐富、菜的份量比較多、整體酒店服務可以、玩的項目這次多了水上樂園、旁邊工作人員配備比較多 . 個人覺得住一晚還算可以應付娃了！第二天吃完早餐直接去動物園、下午馬戲團表演後直接回程！帶娃的家長住一晚不累媽媽.

很適合帶娃，房間大，酒店88元的海鮮自助餐太好吃了。早餐業豐富，贈送的小童樂園門票可以一天中無數次玩。

服務態度一般 ，酒店房間味道很難聞建議經常通風，房間很吵 早上七八點外面就拖拉機咚咚咚的響，影響人休息。外面環境還可以有個寺可以去走走

有一説一，房間挺大，設施不新，空調響了一個晚上，不是風聲，是異響。周圍空氣挺好，服務人員素質很低。昨天出去的時候沒帶車鑰匙，返回房間去拿鑰匙，做衞生的大姐沒想到我會回去，不知道和誰在説話，説8052這間住的是兩個老頭，關鍵是我也才40來歲，做衞生的大姐比我年齡大多了。嘴巴實在是太*了，完全匹配不了五星級酒店的層次。

房門故障，晚上回酒店因房門故障在門外站了很久，期間酒店前台告知可以開另一間房先住，但是服務員來的很慢，導致我們在房間門口站了十五分鐘。本來在動物園逛了半天就需要休息，回到酒店還出現這種事情真的體驗感極差。另外做清潔的阿姨服務也很不專業，我在等待服務員送房卡期間，隔壁房間的外國遊客不知道遇到了什麼問題，到走廊尋求服務員的幫助，但阿姨沒有對客人作出迴應，直接離開的。
