I stayed in newly renovated room at this hotel and was impressed. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk manager. Who was highly professional and provided excellent service. Highly recommend.

可能是旺季的緣故，馬桶裏面有黃色污垢沒刷乾淨，外面因為樹木太高了，衹能隱約看到河景，建議外面的樹木修剪一下，早餐還是不錯的。

非常滿意的酒店。門衞高山、小楊服務貼心，非常感謝🙏。二樓包房餐廳服務員任勞任怨，我們私帶螃蟹不厭其煩地為我們服務，整個酒店人員服務人員的服務水準超5星級標準。我們私帶食品加工門衞、大廳美女接待、前台都同意接受，但到了廚房被拒有點意外，好在經理做了妥善處理，非常感謝！但同時讓我感到酒店缺少統一管理、部門之間溝通不夠，甚至説酒店的培訓機制需要加強。同時也需要特殊情況的特殊處理，一味地堅持原則也是對酒店不負責任的行為。

小的時候就聽過友誼賓館是撫順最好的五星賓館 一轉眼我已經離開撫順15年了 這次是結婚回來回請父母的同學朋友很有意義 果斷選擇住在這 河景很美 雖然設施稍微老了點但是很乾凈舒服 服務也挺好的跟前台要幾瓶水竟然給送了一箱來 推薦入住 一點小不足就是屋裡有煙味希望再清理下

算是老牌的最好的賓館了，以前感覺非常不錯，這次較差，電卡插入，取不了電，回去太晚想想就算了，一夜沒用燈，第二天前台投訴，服務員説床頭櫃上有個總開關，如果再不行就問前台服務員，説得有道理，但是正常酒店都不是這樣的吧，是不是應該插入電卡就可以用電啊！友誼賓館是撫順的門面了，真希望服務意識提升。
