Bringing my child to the Swiss Hotel during the summer vacation was an incredibly smart decision. Right after checking in, we connected with our butler, Andy, on WeChat, and he was always quick to answer any questions. Our building was perfectly situated near the commercial street, making getting around super convenient, with a 24-hour supermarket just outside our door. The hotel offered so many complimentary activities we couldn't try them all! The UTV off-roading and the suspension bridge were definitely the highlights. With several kids' playgrounds, my child enthusiastically declared it the best hotel she's ever stayed at. Plenty of hotel shuttle buses meant we never had to wait long. Evenings featured spectacular molten iron shows and bonfire parties – now *that's* truly the way to kick off a vacation! The summer evening temperatures in Changbai Mountain were perfectly comfortable; I was initially worried about it being cold, but that wasn't an issue at all. I personally think this is the best hotel in Yosemite. Small but exquisite, with a delicious breakfast. Located at the highest point, it offers a fantastic view. Unfortunately, my room overlooked the sloped roof below, which partially obstructed my view. Otherwise, I couldn't praise it enough. The resort's activities were enough to make up for the long stay. The bedding, coffee capsules, minibar, and unlimited mineral water all reflect the hotel's quality. In short, it's the best choice for a trip to Yosemite. You can lie back and enjoy the view from the balcony all day.

The hotel environment is very beautiful, the rooms are clean and tidy, the furniture and electrical appliances are of high quality, the staff are very warm and thoughtful, and the service is considerate and meticulous. The free entertainment projects are rich and interesting, the hot springs are very refreshing, and the breakfast is very rich, with free-range eggs and freshly ground coffee. The sincerity of the hotel can be felt in every detail, and I will come again in the future!

The hotel is fully equipped with many spaces for children to play. The decoration style is very suitable for parents and children. The room is very large, I feel that there is no problem for four or five people in a room, and the room is clean and hygienic. There are public commercial and hot spring facilities on the island, and you need to drive there. The front desk service of the hotel was warm and thoughtful. The eggs and bread that were not finished for breakfast were also specially packaged for us. When we checked out, we also sent us a small gift and mineral water for each of us. I really loved 😍 and come back next time.

The room was great, and the suite was quite spacious. My child and I spent most of our time outside the room, so it felt a bit underutilized for us. The service seemed a bit understaffed. They appear to have fewer staff in summer, but more in winter, when the service is very attentive. I have several comments and suggestions regarding the dining. The food here isn't significantly different from other 5-star hotels. While they made an effort to introduce specialty dishes, the culinary distinctiveness wasn't prominent. As a Cantonese visitor, I'd hoped for more unique culinary offerings, perhaps Korean or Northeastern Chinese cuisine. Specifically, I suggest that each staff member prepares their favorite home-cooked dish daily. For activities, the integration of programs with nature felt weak. The advantages of the Changbai Mountain forest weren't highlighted; what they called ”forest trekking” was essentially just walking on a road. The natural scenery and forest beauty weren't fully utilized, and the activities didn't offer enough physical exercise. Indoor activities also need better communication with guests; perhaps a WeChat group could be set up upon arrival for guests to coordinate indoor options when the weather is bad. The ladies at customer service and the front desk were very warm and thoughtful. One particular staff member, Harrit, stood out with her excellent attitude and bright smile. Her smile was genuine, not the kind that seems forced or tired from work.

The whole family is very satisfied with Yuanxiang Minsu Hotel! The decoration is a super-featured Northeast Kang, spacious, clean and sanitary, and the various layouts and stickers are very tasteful. It is warm, luxurious and not abrupt, a typical local tyrant landlord style. Although the large suite has only one bathroom, the two doors connected are quite convenient. From the beautiful lady at the front desk to the ladies in the restaurant, the service of the chef is very friendly and enthusiastic. The free rights and the iron pot set meal experience are also very good, the taste is good, there is no sales promotion, and there is no quality slacking because it is a gift. The iron pot set meal we chose is ribs, and there are so many pure meat chops that we can't finish it, and rice is also given. All kinds of rights are great, especially the snow circle is more fun than a certain one, and the hot springs are more than the indoor and outdoor pools of a certain one. After washing, the whole body is slippery, there are fewer people and the experience is good, and the service is better. It is not like a certain hot spring or water world. The toiletries are 10 yuan and the lockers are 30 yuan. It is full of routines, which reduces the experience. Now you are often asked for good reviews when staying in a hotel. Yuanxiang Minsu was not asked to give good reviews throughout the whole process. It is a conscientious recommendation!

The service housekeeper Yu Lingshan provided very good service. We started to contact her before we checked in. After we arrived by high-speed rail, we found that it took two hours to drive to the hotel. During the Spring Festival, taxis were unwilling to accept orders. We contacted Yu temporarily and she immediately helped us find a chartered car. She was very timely and helpful. Later, she provided help for all our problems during our stay. Thank you very much. The temperature in the hotel was very good, but there were not many items. The front desk was not very enthusiastic. There was no communication when checking in. I gave her my ID card and she gave me the room card. Later, I called to ask for the WIFI password and the floor where the breakfast was.

The hotel is on the edge of the main road in the small county, and you can park at the door downstairs. In addition to the quiet passing car at night, there are no restaurants around. There is no elevator, the stairs on the 2nd floor, and it is not convenient to bring luggage. Good ventilation, no smell, large room, complete furniture, very convenient. The sheets are clean, the air conditioning effect is good, the network speed is fast, the hot water is good, the electric water heater capacity is just enough for one person to wash, the floor drain is not smooth and a little blocked, and there is free bottled water. Very cost-effective. The little girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Recommended stay.

The boss is very good, the service is thoughtful, the environment is elegant, the sanitary conditions are good, and I will live again.

Newly opened in September 2026, the facilities are nice, not overly fancy, and the beds are great; I slept soundly. However, the management team seems relatively inexperienced and clearly new. For example, while the road is being repaired at the entrance, consider laying out a blanket in the lobby to help catch dust and prevent mud and water from entering, saving the front desk from constant mopping. The cleaning and construction team, while guests are staying, swiping their own cards to enter (to move chairs) without knocking is clearly inappropriate and warrants attention. 5 points for encouragement. With the opening of the high-speed rail station, I wish this place continued success.
