Hotels in Changbai Mountain Huamei Resort, Fusong

Our room was exceptionally spacious – a true suite. The living room even had a sofa bed, and the bedroom boasted a huge 2.4m bed. With two bathrooms and two balconies, it was incredibly convenient for drying clothes and felt wonderfully spacious and comfortable, especially for a family with children. The room service was flawless, and every single staff member was incredibly patient, attentive, and friendly. The hotel's environment was truly beautiful; every casual photo we took looked like a picture from a comic book. The shuttle service was also excellent, with two distinct routes. One route covered all the main activity areas like the children's playground, archery and shooting, jungle trekking, go-karts, and the glass skywalk. The other route took us to Meijing Pavilion, which offered breathtaking panoramic views of Changbai Mountain. The hotel offered a truly extensive range of complimentary activities and amenities. We spent four full days there and barely had to pay for anything extra. From the moment we woke up, our days were packed with fun: mountain biking, trampolining, the children's playground, archery and shooting, paragliding, and even 'Dah Tie Hua' (molten iron fireworks). In the evenings, we relaxed in the hot springs. Although the dining choices weren't super extensive, every restaurant we tried served delicious food. Finally, a huge thank you to Manager Coco. She was incredibly attentive to every detail and always responsive, immediately helping us book and arrange whatever we needed. Our sincerest gratitude! We definitely plan to come back next year (the evenings were around 17°C, wonderfully cool!).

I personally think this is the best hotel in Yosemite. Small but exquisite, with a delicious breakfast. Located at the highest point, it offers a fantastic view. Unfortunately, my room overlooked the sloped roof below, which partially obstructed my view. Otherwise, I couldn't praise it enough. The resort's activities were enough to make up for the long stay. The bedding, coffee capsules, minibar, and unlimited mineral water all reflect the hotel's quality. In short, it's the best choice for a trip to Yosemite. You can lie back and enjoy the view from the balcony all day.

Changbaishan Haolike Hotel: A Snowy Trip Warmed by Linlin's Service During my trip to Changbai Mountain, Haolike Hotel gave me an experience far beyond my expectations. I especially want to commend Linlin, our housekeeper, for her exceptional service! As a five-star hotel, the amenities here are already impressive—the spaciousness is truly impressive—but Linlin's service elevated this comfort to a truly touching experience. Before check-in, she proactively contacted us to arrange airport pickup and provided us with advance notice of the resort shuttle bus schedule and a guide to the ski resorts, saving us the trouble of planning our trip. Throughout our stay, she responded instantly, from helping us book the popular rime rafting, reminding us of hot spring hours, to answering questions about room amenities. Even when she wasn't on duty, she promptly addressed all of our needs. Most thoughtfully, upon learning we were traveling with children, she brought them special snacks and recommended a less crowded and fun Baby Park. Her attention to detail was evident. The hotel's efficient service and Linlin's personalized care complemented our snowy trip exceptionally smoothly. Such professional and warm service deserves all the praise!

The hotel is fully equipped with many spaces for children to play. The decoration style is very suitable for parents and children. The room is very large, I feel that there is no problem for four or five people in a room, and the room is clean and hygienic. There are public commercial and hot spring facilities on the island, and you need to drive there. The front desk service of the hotel was warm and thoughtful. The eggs and bread that were not finished for breakfast were also specially packaged for us. When we checked out, we also sent us a small gift and mineral water for each of us. I really loved 😍 and come back next time.

The room was great, and the suite was quite spacious. My child and I spent most of our time outside the room, so it felt a bit underutilized for us. The service seemed a bit understaffed. They appear to have fewer staff in summer, but more in winter, when the service is very attentive. I have several comments and suggestions regarding the dining. The food here isn't significantly different from other 5-star hotels. While they made an effort to introduce specialty dishes, the culinary distinctiveness wasn't prominent. As a Cantonese visitor, I'd hoped for more unique culinary offerings, perhaps Korean or Northeastern Chinese cuisine. Specifically, I suggest that each staff member prepares their favorite home-cooked dish daily. For activities, the integration of programs with nature felt weak. The advantages of the Changbai Mountain forest weren't highlighted; what they called ”forest trekking” was essentially just walking on a road. The natural scenery and forest beauty weren't fully utilized, and the activities didn't offer enough physical exercise. Indoor activities also need better communication with guests; perhaps a WeChat group could be set up upon arrival for guests to coordinate indoor options when the weather is bad. The ladies at customer service and the front desk were very warm and thoughtful. One particular staff member, Harrit, stood out with her excellent attitude and bright smile. Her smile was genuine, not the kind that seems forced or tired from work.

I didn't book three consecutive days, so I had to buy them separately. The room is very big, and a family of four can sleep on one kang. The hotel provides airport transfers, and cars can be sent at any time to go anywhere in the resort. I skied for three days. The children knew how to roller skate before, so I didn't hire a coach and went directly to the snow track. On the first day, I skied four laps on the beginner's track, 9 laps on the second day, and on the third day, I went to the intermediate track and skied 23 laps. I was exhausted. I skied for more than 4-6 hours every day. I went to the hot springs at night, and I didn't expect it to be better than the blissful hot springs. I just didn't play the rime drifting that was given, because the children were too tired to get up from skiing. I also gave two little tigers before leaving. I saw Tianchi this time, and next time I come here for pure skiing, it should be a lot easier. By the way, the breakfast is rich, and you can ski vigorously only if you eat well every day, especially the rice noodles are delicious. The iron pot stew at Yuanxiang Restaurant next to the hotel is also good, which is more convenient and cost-effective than the commercial street in the resort. The children passed by the snow field and snow lake on the way back to the hotel from the restaurant, and they had a lot of fun.

This hotel is really a surprise! I would like to especially praise Miss Zhang Huixin at the front desk, who arranged everything for me very well! The lady not only patiently and meticulously introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions to me, but also coordinated and arranged my itinerary in a timely manner. The hotel's car pick-up and drop-off service is also very good. Miss Zhang Huixin will communicate and coordinate in time. One night, it was very late, and she also arranged for a master to come over. It was really warm, especially when I was traveling alone, giving me a full sense of security! She also took the initiative to ask about the purpose and itinerary of my trip, and provided me with many thoughtful suggestions based on this. Her suggestions were both practical and thoughtful, making me feel the warmth of home. The hotel also arranged a rich itinerary, which made this trip really full of surprises and constantly surprised me! Changbai Mountain in winter is really worth coming! The service of the lady is like a warm spring breeze, which makes people happy and comfortable. She won my praise and trust for this hotel with her professionalism and enthusiasm. If I have the opportunity to come to this city again, I will definitely choose this hotel again ✈️✈️✈️✈️

The hotel is on the edge of the main road in the small county, and you can park at the door downstairs. In addition to the quiet passing car at night, there are no restaurants around. There is no elevator, the stairs on the 2nd floor, and it is not convenient to bring luggage. Good ventilation, no smell, large room, complete furniture, very convenient. The sheets are clean, the air conditioning effect is good, the network speed is fast, the hot water is good, the electric water heater capacity is just enough for one person to wash, the floor drain is not smooth and a little blocked, and there is free bottled water. Very cost-effective. The little girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Recommended stay.

The boss is very good, the service is thoughtful, the environment is elegant, the sanitary conditions are good, and I will live again.

沒拍照片但是真的是非非非非常滿意的一次住宿！可以説是出去玩住過的酒店裡最好的一家了！！🛏️國慶期間很多酒店預訂後都不支持退款的，但是這家睿柏雲甚至入住當天18:00錢都可以退款，對於搶票結果未知或者突然改變行程的人非常友好；🏨今年9月才開業的酒店，所有設施都非常新，非常乾淨，隔音也很好，完全聽不到外面的聲音，床特別舒服，空間很大，洗漱台也很寬敞放化粧包什麼的完全沒問題，屋裡是智能家居，熱水空調什麼的也沒有出現過任何問題，走廊盡頭可以洗衣服烘衣服；🚄位置就在長白山西站門口，出站100m就到了，雖然在鎮子邊但到鎮子裏吃東西也不遠，就2km左右，打車走路都可以；去西坡集散中心打車也很方便，去玩漂流什麼的可以在小紅書or**買一站式接送的；🍖我們沒住比較著名的萬達度假區or西坡集散中心附近，我們住的位置應該是本地人比較多的地方，沒那麼重的商業氣息，晚上在小鎮裏面瞎溜達很安靜，酒店附近也不嘈雜，但是想點任何外賣都可以點到並且機器人送上來的速度也很快；🫶🫶🫶老闆人超級好！！！我一開始定了一天的高級大床房和3天的豪華大床房（因為第一天高級大床房便宜一百多）我跟她商量可不可以給我第一天和後面幾天的房間安排近一點兒，好搬，她二話沒説就説直接給我第一天的房間升級成豪華大床房；一開始沒注意到酒店離高鐵站那麼麼近，還問老闆能不能接站，老闆甚至都沒説“很近”之類的話，直接答應來接我們，後來我們發現很近才告訴老闆不需要了。總之！！！非常推薦這家睿柏雲，出行前看了一週左右的酒店都快看破防了，要麼太貴，要麼又貴又舊，各種不滿意，這家真的是本次旅行的大亮點之一！！
