前台態度極差，毫無服務可言，客服走廊沒有地毯是大理石，技師穿高跟鞋來回走八百趟，走路賊響，吵得要命，好像進了瓢蟲窩子，白天吵，晚上吵，後半夜更是吵，不適合想好好休息睡一覺的人，體驗感極差，這輩子不會來第二回

房間很乾凈，住宿有洗浴門票，裏面洗浴很大，早餐餛飩很好吃，品種不多但是足夠吃飽吃好，我覺得早餐➕洗浴門票就值六七十塊錢，倆人一百多塊錢，相當於住才幾十塊錢，雖然是無窗房間，設計的很合理，完全沒有無窗那種憋悶壓抑感，免費停車，我們從榮成回哈爾濱，中間開車在這裏休息一宿，五一期間，體驗感拉滿

服務都很到位，乾淨又衞生，裏面還可以按摩洗澡，按摩過一次很不錯，價格也算是親民，冬天去也不錯，供暖很好不會冷，位置也很好，出門就可以打車，位於市中心去哪裡都方便

房間太小，北朝向臨街，一開窗噪音就特別大，最好選擇南朝向。樓層服務員態度還不錯，維修師傅態度也挺好，但是一樓前台服務態度一直冷淡，沒有笑容，對客人友好程度不夠，需要進一步培訓，提高服務意識，轉變服務態度，不要總是對客人冷着個臉，給誰臉子看呢，客人來住店是瞧得起你，這樣的服務員都是欠教育，我要是老闆通通開除，不能以為是個大店就自我感覺良好，難道是店大欺客？多大的店沒住過？住過幾次都是這個德行，必須得教育了
