就陽台還挺有所謂意境，但是白天出去玩的話。晚上也沒什麼時間欣賞，這個價格有點偏高了，屋裡是地毯，不太乾淨。櫃子上也都是灰。裝修的軟裝太多導致打掃的衞生死角很多。床品也不是很乾凈，好在有一次性床單。是一個房子裏三間房。分開賣。要是不全定的話，私密性不太好。也辦法在客廳和陽台多活動，花高價買的意境就沒意義了，比較適合年輕人整租。設施一般吧，中等水平，離萬達倒是很近，

是那種樓中樓，很寬敞明亮，地方很大，還有一個露台，視野開闊，旁邊就是萬達離吃飯的地方很近，出行便利。

樓下有付費有付費停車場 很方便隔壁Westin 吃到飽點心很推薦 萬達商場非常大。第一次來福州 遇到公寓的房東人非常的好 福州還會再來 下次還會住這家公寓 房間的View 非常的好 這次訂了兩間 如果要比較有私隱要整間租下來！

房子位於萬達邊上的一大套高層一線江景複式樓內，距萬達廣場100米左右很方便，一樓為公共共享大廳有廚房、餐廳、茶室、陽台，晩上在陽台上還可以一邊欣賞一線江景燈光秀同時吃點燒烤喝點小酒十分愜意。卧室位於複式樓的二樓獨立大套間視野也很好也可以看到一線江景，二樓另外還有兩間房間，其中一間為管家使用，另外一間為備用房為了考慮客人的私密性給予客人更好的體驗不對外銷售，僅限於住店客人零時加客準備，配有管家式服務性價比很高，一次很不錯的體驗！值得推薦！
