Cresta Lodge Gaborone

Excellent.. Ms Seanokeng Seleke, tops it all. Very friendly, good customer service. it truly shows that her experience and the duration she has been in the hospitality industry is paying off. All my friends, family and business collages, I book them at Cresta because of this warm welcome she gives us all the time.

The stay at cresta lodge was great the only problem was the food more especially the meat it was half cooked majority of the time

They make feel comfortable. I also like their courtesy calls they make during your stay not only after you've left. Am impressed!

The hotel is located in a strategic location where you can access most of the places easily. Friendly staff amd amazing rooms. Wouldn't sleep anywhere else and oh the swimming pool is very clean with an amazing surroundings

There was an incident when we got to the restaurant for breakfast ,she said the breakfast wasn't paid for so she will confirm at the reception,no problem and we decided to wait for her to get back to us. She never did and we were waiting for her sitting at the table for about 20 mins so we ended up getting food,we ate and we left.she did not come to us to atleast tell us that everything is sorted

Right at from the reception area, the cleanliness of the area, so welcoming. The receptionist themselves extremely helpful. The room was super clean with the bed well made, the aircon super nice, the bathroom were clean as well. But next time put in the small plastics for pads and tampons, I only found two in that container.

My trip to Cresta Lodge Gaborone was nice and my stay there was excellent. Everything about that hotel is of high standards and the services offered from entrance to the rooms is of high quality and I would love to visit again and again

Cresta Lodge top of the range stay, service is good and staff is friendly. The rooms are tidy and the bed is comfortable. iwould really love to recommend this lodge for a family outing as its calm, blends with nature and its a quiet place.

Great place to relax. Friendly staff and customer service is great. The food is also too. I will definitely be going back there for a weekend stay and will most definitely bring my family with and recommend it.
