Staff at check in were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Especially liked the gift of water we were given at check in and the assortment of cookies. Very welcoming.

Delicious breakfast! And very friendly staff. We stayed in an accessible room and I admire the features though it’s location made it noisier than other rooms.

The gal at the desk needs LOTS of training in Customer Service. She did not want to be there at all.
I own a business and know good customer service and this was NOT it!!! She acted bored, apathetic and completely uninterested in her job. Time to move on to Fast Food missy!!

Experience was as good as Hampton Inn always is that’s why I’m a member. Here to be close to hospital for my sister. Everything went smoothly.

This is the second time I've stayed at this specific Hampton Inn, and I need to put a block on myself staying here again.
The location is great off the Interstate, and the front desk very friendly.
The room was worn with a big stain on the floor. Pillows were quiet thin, but sheets and mattress comfortable. The lotion pump in the room was empty. A small inconvenience, but still a negative.
I did bring along my two cats to this pet-friendly hotel, and possibly (and I can't complain) they gave me a slightly shabby room due to the potential of a pet accident.
I wasn't overwelmed with the place, and will make note not to stay here again. I'll try another hotel in the area.
