We spent one night in Gallipoli. Easily found the hotel. We were met by a very friendly woman who spoke excellent English. The room was interesting, very clean and had a view of the water. We had nice weather so breakfast was on the terrace and this was absolutely amazing! Fresh cakes (still warm!!), delicious fruit, excellent coffee and very friendly service! We even got to take extras with the us. It was a wonderful experience!

Although not as elegant and perfect as a first class palazzo in Venice costing twenty times as much, the Antico Palazzo Spinola provides a wonderful experience with some old world elegance in a fine location for a very reasonable price. The staff work tirelessly to please their guests. This makes everyone feel very welcome, well cared for snd very happy with the hotel. We were genuinely “touched” by Desiree and Giovane’s genuinely caring hospitality, and hope to refer many friends and return soon.

We booked at the last minute after heading on an impromptu one night road trip to see Galatina and Gallipoli. Desiree, who greeted us was welcoming, helpful and generous with great tips for restaurants and late lunch. The property itself is a late 19th century palazzo, comfortable rooms and fantastic breakfast (it rained sadly so not on the lovely terrace overlooking the port). Perfect spot to explore Gallipoli and staying away from the tourist crowds but just a stroll from the historic centre.

Albergo storico in posizione comodissima, accoglienza pulizia e disponibilità veramente ottime. Desiré è una cuoca/pasticcera meravigliosa. Siamo stati coccolati da lei e da Giovanni (titolari) come mai ci saremmo aspettati. Consiglio questo angolo di Gallipoli a tutti coloro che vogliono passare vacanze indimenticabili nel Salento. Davvero grati per aver reso la nostra vacanza da ricordare.

Tutto perfetto! Situato a pochi minuti dal centro storico e vicino al mare.l’accoglienza dei proprietari è impagabile gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Noi abbiamo soggiornato x nostra scelta nella stanza più piccola della struttura, una bomboniera dotata di tutti i confort compreso un balcone dove potersi godere la brezza marina. Colazione in terrazza vista Mare ricca di ogni prelibatezza cucinata dalla “padrona di casa” e servita direttamente a tavola. Che dire se volete godere di un soggiorno vecchio stile dove le esigenze del cliente sono al primo posto vi consiglio questa struttura storica ma moderna. Grazie di tutto

A Gallipoli l'accoglienza ha un nome, quello della signora Desirée dell'Antico Palazzo Spinola. Appassionata del proprio lavoro, seria, competente, capace di risolvere qualsiasi eventuale problematica e far soggiornare gli ospiti in un ambiente familiare. La struttura è situata in una zona strategica, centralissima, a pochi passi dalla via principale con negozi e ristoranti e ad una decina di minuti dal centro storico. Davanti al palazzo c'è un comodo parcheggio dove lasciare la macchina e girare comodamente a piedi. La colazione è ottima ed abbondante con un'ampia scelta sia dolce che salata. Le camere al primo piano sono ampie e luminose dotate di tutti i comfort e con vista panoramica. Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Location centralissima accanto alla stazione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Cordialità della Signora Desiree. Colazione super con vista mozzafiato sul mare. Stanza carina con balcone silenziosissima con cambio di biancheria giornaliero. Fantastica
