The front desk was helpful and friendly. I love the self serve beverages and fruit in the lobby. That was nice and unexpected. The hot breakfast was descent/good. Better than continental breakfast. The bed was ok but the bathroom smelled of urine the whole time we stayed there. There were tiny bugs crawling all around the tub. We couldn't open the safe and went to use the phone to call front desk then found out it did not work. Had to walk to the office to notify them which the maintenance guy came right way to open it. I love the location but overall the place is out dated and need major work. I was surprised there weren't any noise outside the room or other rooms around us considering the place was completely booked.

Roaches in the room. Dirty bathroom with what looks like boogers in the shower. Stains on towels. Dirty floors and bathtubs. Absolutely disgusting.

I am usually not a germaphobe, but our room was pretty dirty. Tables were super sticky, restroom was dirty and carpet smelled dirty. Towels had stains and bed comforter as well. Walls paper thin, I could here our neighbors conversation pretty clear. Maybe I just had a bad room, overall review of this place was super high. Postive thing, place is super central to everything and private parking. Staff was super friendly.

The place is very old and run down. And I didn't like the fact that the entrance to the rooms were located OUTSIDE, we thought it was a hotel with entry inside. I was cold in the middle of the night, so I turned on the heat and the smoke alarm started going off. This place definitely needs some updates. Breakfast was awful. The photos of it make it look much nicer than it is.

Loud all night. Room didn’t smell clean. Smell of pot was everywhere. Could hear every single person that walked past. The air conditioner started making terrible noises at 3am. None of the drink machines worked.

The outside of the hotel looked decent. When we checked in and got to our room it was horrible. There were roaches crawling around and there were stains on the bed covers and all the buttons on the phone were missing. I have never stayed in such a horrible place as this. I will NOT be staying here again nor will I recommend this place to anyone

The room was very nice. The outside could use some work. Not a great breakfast, but the coffee is good. We have stayed here several times and will stay here again.

Shower wall had a big hole, carpet was dirty and covered in sand. Bay view was of a parking lot with little view what so ever. Check in via some dude from India on a kiosk, I mean really? No people at the front desk???? Pictures stated the hotel was recently renovated not sure if the used a time machine to warp this place back to the 80's Miami Vice rerun.
