Very nice location , good hospitality..friendly behavior of all staff members..we had a 2 year kid and they fulfilled all our requirements for the kid.. special thanks to Vimal for helping all getting better room and getting us good discount for spa…also thanks to Abhishek - the restaurant manager for arranging candle light dinner in a very short time. Overall I recommend this place for family n couples

We stayed in Fern , Gangtok for attending a conference. Hotel and restaurant is awesome. Ms. Anjala madam is too good in managing the restaurant. He helped us in having comfortable and healthy food. Food was too tasty. Ambience are too good. I suggest to stay in this hotel.

The hotel staff was expectional. They were ever smiling, friendly & attentive.Thus making our stay enjoyable & memorable. Be it the spacious & spotless rooms or the array of delicious food they had to offer... everything is very meticulous planned. All the staff members worked as an impressive unit. My special thanks to Anjula for always being on her toes.

It is a wonderful property, the staff is extremely friendly and the location of the hotel is also very prime at 5-10mins walking distance from MG marg. They have a beautiful view from the terrace too. The food at their restaurant Tamrynd is extremely delicious and staff their is extremely friendly, special mention to Anjala. Then can work on the finishing and the interiors of the room otherwise the property is very well maintained

The view from the hotel is simply marvellous. The food is tasty, stay was comfortable and all the amenities were available at the hotel. The staff especially was very sweet, kind and hospitable. Special thanks to Angela, Anusha, and their team.

We went to the beautiful multicusine restaurant "Tamarind" for dinner and fell in love with the food, hospitality and ambiance. We liked it so much that came back again next day fir one more dinner. A huge variety of food suiting every taste is available. Special mention for Anjelika (apologies if I misspelt her name) who was our gracious host and guide, helped us with the food choice and made sure we were promptly served. Thanks to ger and the entire team for making our evenings memorable.
