床鋪沒鋪好，我自己動手鋪。衞生也沒打掃好，杯子污垢一層，被子可能上個客人睡了也沒換，都是醜的！這輩子體驗最差的住宿了。還要200多塊！差評！差評！！差評！！！

説是有免費停車位都是騙人的，就2個停車位，過去就説滿了，叫我停在隔壁小區收費停車位，洗澡的下水道都是堵的，水很慢下去，都可以邊泡腳洗澡了，因為懶得換房間收拾東西，問下能不能續房，就這種態度，就你酒店有房一樣，果斷訂別的酒店了。真的很無語……又沒有得罪它，花錢找罪受？氣不打一處來，第一次差評獻給這個酒店。

入住體驗非常棒，房間乾淨寬敞，床也很舒服，周圍環境很不錯，物業管理到位，而且停車是免費的，在門衞那裡登記一下車牌號就可以了。如果有機會再來贛州，還是會選擇這家公寓。

總體還是不錯，各方面衞生環境，都還滿意，公寓在小區裏面，小區綠化都很漂亮，居住安靜，一覺到天亮，隔音效果也還可以，裝修風格超愛，安保哥哥也很帥氣，在這裏度過了一個難忘的一天，強烈推薦！

第一次入住房間衞生很乾凈，環境也蠻好，價格美麗，公寓的裝修風格也很高大尚，一次性毛巾，傢俱家電齊全，在小區裏，環境也很好，在房間裏可以看到中央生態公園整個湖景，住的很舒適，好評！

我不明白為什麼同一棟公寓相差這麼大，前一晚住的14樓，是另外一家酒店，非常新和乾淨，因為漲了點想着換一家。住的地方是10樓，首先打電話説讓加微信，加了之後很久才回復，問也是愛答不理的，因為一間房有分上層下層，但裏面的門也沒有鑰匙，外面的門又是用密碼開的，感覺很不安全，上層可能沒人住，但店家就是沒回我這個問題。另外，酒店衞生非常不到位，地板很臟，晚上還有個蟑螂爬出來，洗漱的杯根本就沒洗過，那些櫃子裏面放了很多垃圾，睡了一晚渾身發癢體驗感太差了，還有毛巾也很難用。而且這個房間的隔音也太差了！！就像馬路就在旁邊一樣。給一星都嫌多
