住了這麼多酒店酒店的枕頭都軟，讓他加一個枕頭，不給加説一個房間，衹有兩個枕頭一點也不隔音，邊上打電話打到十一點多，聽得特別清楚沒辦法，又買了個枕頭

衞生差，服務態度差，總的來説就是各方面都差，特別是板娘還是服務員口中的經理服務態度更差，隨時説話都帶着吵架性質，那種態度高高在上的，我從未見過這種酒店，以後再也不會住他們家。還有讓服務員打掃房間居然説你又不退房打掃什麼呀！説那你給我換換毛巾浴巾唄都濕了，那曬曬還可以用換什麼換，真的我也是酒店人出生，真的不知道這是什麼態度。衞生間裏到處是煙頭，床單被罩都洗不乾淨。
