酒店位置和房間面積其實還不錯，停車也還方便。但所住房間窗無法打開，排氣又不暢，造成房間異味嚴重。早餐説是七點開始，但7點一刻餐廳食物依然空空如也。催促之下過了十分鐘才能進餐，但衹有區區幾種，勉勉強強填飽肚子。我覺得如果選擇就餐人少，不如不包早餐。我其實是非常體諒服務業這些年的不容易的，一般不做負面評價。之所以這次説多點，是覺得這間酒店位置和基礎設施對於一個縣城的舒適型酒店來説還是不錯的，衹要在服務和房間裝修的細節上加以改進，應該可以不負高州賓館這個具有地方特徵的名稱。

前台人員熱情、專業，第一時間指揮我們停好車。房間衞生乾淨。最值得稱讚的是免費早餐，雞蛋、現磨豆漿任吃任喝；粵西土特產甜暑、客家酸菜（幹酸菜）+稀飯，香甜味道一流；藍點白色枱麪餐桌，佈局大方、光潔。此外，還有自助洗衣房，對於出遊多天的住客很有幫助。
不足：中央空調未開，被子太厚。睡覺時，不蓋被，就會覺得冷（4月底），蓋被又會覺得熱。
